Fast shipping and amazing dice! I had an issue with my pay service. Mythroll was quick to response and help sort out the issue. Will buy from them again!

The dice are excellent! My customers have been oohing and ahhing at them ever since they arrived. I can’t wait to sell out so I can get some more awesome dice from these folks!

Not only is the product great (we now have 3 different sets of the Die of Newt in 3 colours!), the customer service is absolutely unbelievable. We ordered a set of dice and within less than 24 hours they were hand-delivered to our door because someone at Mythroll noticed that we were near their shipping drop-off location and chose to hand-deliver them so we didn't have to wait for the postal service. That's going above and beyond!

I ordered a set of merchant dice and only received a D20. I tried contacting costumer service but had no luck. I then went to your Facebook page and messaged your people. The response was almost immediate and the individual was extremely helpful. He checked the order and put in a request for the correct dice to be sent. They did arrive the day before Christmas. 😁. The dice were for Janna Miller she was on the D&D cruise in November with Joel in Marks group. She loved the dice!!!! I am gonna have to get a set for myself!😁

Still waiting to receive their tinhedrals after a month of 'o we're working on shipping them' and 'there all shipped... except some of them' messages. Now they're silent. At this point I'm wondering if I'll ever receive this product, and the Kickstarter just feels like it was funding for other projects, with no intention to actually fulfil backer obligations. They're even selling the products on their website and offering it as addons for other kickstarters, but not shipping to backers. I wouldn't work with them unless you want to risk getting your product late/never.

This was not the only time I've asked about an update. The first was in November, when I mentioned I was concerned about the tinhedrals being an add on for other kickstarters when the actual tinhedral backers hadn't received anything. You responded how that was your normal practice and that backers would receive them first.

The next time was at the end of November, when I responded to a comment saying that all orders except those with pliers had been sent out (to my knowledge mine didn't include them). I asked if any tracking information had been sent out and never received a response.

In addition to my comment, over the past 2 weeks three other people had left comments asking about tracking information and stating they hadn't received anything, and they were only responded to after my review was initially published. Your response to some of those comments were that you were waiting on more tin20s to arrive, which is contradictory to the update on December 1st stating that "The only orders still pending are the backers who added on the assembly tools." If you were waiting on other products to arrive, that should have been included in the update, or at least communicated to those that had ordered them.

While it took a long time for my order to be fulfilled, I a more than happy with the product received, it both meets and exceeds my expectations of metal dice. They have heft and density to make anyone glad for the leather roll pad included since the spikes are quite sharp.

Prompt response to emails & great customer service

I gotta tell you the truth and I don’t usually give reviews, but I wanted to share this with you. I watched you debut the spinner dice on a YouTube D&D game session, and just had to have them. I bit the bullet, bought them this year and anxiously waited for their arrival. They were delivered and I ripped the box open, gave it a first spin and the ball bearings flew everywhere. Immediately I thought “no big deal”, I’ll just buy extra ball bearings and keep them in the case, but you only sell the (5) pack of multi-colored bearings. You should offer large bags of the silver/white bearings and smaller packs of the color ones. I still love the spinner dice. It’s solidly built, but the flying bearings are a big design flaw.

Mythroll makes an awesome product and has very responsive customer service. My order was missing a D20. I submitted a support request and had a response within the day. I should receive the missing die within 2 weeks of receiving the initial order and going through the support process. For a Kickstarter that generated thousands of orders, this was unexpected. I'll definitely back another project!
