SCAMMERS!

I believe they are a scam. I honestly and accurately completed surveys with them for years. I accumulated thousands of points I was saving to cash in. Out of the blue, and never having a problem, I couldn't log into my account and it said to contact them. I contacted them and I was told my account was closed to extreme dishonesty!! I went back and forth with them, and I told them I was never dishonest with my surveys and if so, they needed to show my proof. Eventually they stopped emailing me back. I find this VERY suspicious that this happened right when they changed the name/merged with Lifepoints. BEWARE. I am still pursuing them to give me what is owed.

Extremely crooked survey site

I put a bad, yet honest review about them, then suddenly they took off 100 points, rejected 5 surveys, so you know they are more than dishonest. They also state "fix this" which I think would be illegal to go into anyone's completed survey and start making changes. They also only give you 1 point per survey, yet take 20 points off for their survey rejection. These people are running this business in small office building in Georgia I think and they basically are just running a fraudulent survey site. Professional survey sites don't go into review sites and start rejecting all the surveys you completed with them if they get a bad but honest review. I also think they are collecting personal information and this is also illegal. Personal information like your complete address and more. This the only survey site that gets an almost 90% disapproval. This review sites speaks volumes on this company.

MySurvey: nasty and dishonest in equal measure

MySurvey is dishonest and highly offensive. I completed surveys faithfully for nearly eight years, and every time I tried to redeem my points, I received the due rewards only after sending one reminder after another for months. It gave the impression of a sleazy backstreet trader with no money who would always promise that the cheque would be in the post tomorrow. Against my better judgment, I persevered with these underhand methods because I needed the extra cash, and also there was a trap I repeatedly found myself in: every time I thought about leaving, by the time I got my reward voucher I had accumulated more new points than I was prepared to throw away, so I would press on with yet another round of surveys. The last straw was in 2018 when I was sent a "lifestyle survey", far more complicated than usual, page after page of tedious questions about my daily life. It took hours to do, and when the progress chart showed 95% complete, I was screened out. Endless emails were ignored, and finally I was told that I would not receive the reward because I had not completed the survey, but we can be sure they would still use the data I had provided in a survey that was all but finished. MySurvey is incapable of dealing with the simplest of technical issues, but this was more than incompetence, it was dishonesty. I sent further emails asking to be treated fairly, but all I got was impudent and hurtful replies, so my advice to anyone thinking of joining this fiasco run by pipsqueaks is: DON'T, and to those who are trapped in endless problems like I was, I say leave now; you won't benefit from staying on, in the hope they will suddenly improve, or - dare I say it - treat you with courtesy. Courtesy is not within the ability of this nasty survey panel.

I've completed many surveys over the…

I've completed many surveys over the last few years with mysurvey & accumulated a lot of points. Without any warning they have closed my account for no reason. I have written to them without receiving any answers & now think this is the biggest scam. UPDATE: After many emails to Lifepoints & enquiries 're points cancelled I have now received my e-voucher. My advice - don't give up keep on to them & follow their instructions.

Biggest scam ever

Biggest scam ever! They closed my account and accused me of fraud. When i asked what fraud I committed they refused to provide an explanation and stripped my account of my rewards. This is after I spent hours responding to surveys and participating in diaries where you have to enter info everyday! After searching online it appears they have done this to hundreds of users!

I do not recommended.

Found some surveys interesting, but I am afraid this is only one thing I liked. The panel has potential to be pure scam. When I was about to cash out for the second time, my account had become suspiciously inactive. A good many people experienced the same problem. Didn't bother though I made sure (according to some other reviews) that those people are one of those who know how to ignore a panelist. No answer. Avoid, avoid, avoid as they prefer to avoid responding.

Waste of your time

Was giving this panel another chance after 2 years break but I spent 15 minutes on survey which was meant to be only 18 minutes long but then screened out. Clearly they are still wasting their panellist time so make sure you do not sign up to them.

I have over 2500 points that I cannot access

I have over 2500 points that I cannot get. I have written to Lifepoints over 5 times and they do not answer all I want is my points to be converted to Amazon vouchers and I will be happy. If they have done this to me how many others have had the same problem ?

Disgraceful company DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! There are so many others who value their members!

Disgraceful company! Went to log into my account and I couldn’t log in. I literally had not used it I don’t even think I had taken a single survey yet so I sent customer service an email asking why I couldn’t log in and got some vague response As follows..

Dear MySurvey Member,

Thank you for your message.

Our system recognised a problem with your account information and for this reason it is no longer active. This is due to the data provided by you in the registration process not being in line with our panel membership terms and conditions. We are afraid that, according to our privacy policy, we cannot disclose any further information about our operational procedures.

Then responsed saying this wasn’t correct and how could this be fixed and got this response back...

Dear Member,

Your inquiry was escalated for further review. Per management, User Agreement violation was confirmed and the account(s) will remain closed.

Your account has been deactivated and cannot be used anymore.

For more information, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions.

Talk about great customer service huh when you are genuinely asking why you can’t log in and you get a BS response like this that isn’t even true! Don’t go anywhere near them and from the comments and reviews I have read on this site it seems to be very common! I’ll spend my time elsewhere!

It is a good way to make money but on the 20th February, when i click on mysurvey it takes me to lifepoints, when i log in to mysurvey it takes me to lifepoints and makes me sign up for something and mysurvey is no longer available to use

DO NOT USE, worst survey company out there!

Over a year of problems with login issues, no feedback from staff over missing points, suddenly For no apparent reason my account was deleted along with months of points, trying to get any response to why is an impossible task! I implore all companies using them for their surveys to cease immediately and anyone thinking of joining don't bother!
