Probably acting just within the law but this company has no morals!

Just reviewed my Mum's bank account and found this company have taken payments of £939 since Oct 2024. My mum is 86 and has dementia she has no recollection of this company at all.
On top of this the card details they have are currently blocked so not sure how the bank is allowing the payments either.

SCAMMERS

On checking my elderly parents bank statement, I noticed Supercard transactions, £199.99 and £69.99 .
Not knowing what this was started investigating it closer , another £69.99 had been taken out the month previous. After reading the reviews was shocked to read this is a Scam targeting the elderly and vulnerable.
I contacted the bank and is now in the hands of the fraud team.

Very obvious fraudsters

Very obvious fraudsters.
They have taken £69.99 on a regular basis from a vulnerable relative of mine.
It’s very clear from the replies to previous such complaints (see multiple below) that they have no real intention of resolving this.
They are clearly very committed and deceitful scammers who have stollen many thousands of pounds, mostly from the less financially or technologically savvy in society.

My poor nan has been swindled by these con artists she has been swindled out of £69.99 Regularly since 2022 she isn't tech savvy at all her bank can only help her with 13 months worth.... She's never heard of this company, reading reviews seems like she's not the only one. I wonder how they are getting people's details.

SUPERCARD said they would take £69.99 from my Bank as they said i was a member i have never signed up this company and would never sign up with them all they say to people they have stolen from is sorry and ask for there email address postcode and phone number to get further details i also told my bank not to pay these people please get your reviews checked .Golden Savings Club are part of this company as they are the ones who said they would take the £69.69 IT IS A SCAM PLEASE BE AWARE

I have been using supercard for nearly 4 years now and it is totally amazing I stay at a fab hotel if my choice every year it's brilliant there is all sorts of different rewards you get defo recommend I will be always be using my supercard

Blatant Fraud

No correspondence with this company and yet they've been taking £69.99 per month from my bank account. My bank has initiated disputes for 3 payments as they can only accept dubious transactions in the past 120 days. Will now have to wait 50 days for a response.

Fraudsters

Well it seems they are at it again. I have been targeted again where money has come out of my bank by these fraudsters. I have never signed up for anything but I’m constantly harassed with phone-calls from different mobile numbers reporting I’m owed a refund on a domestic appliance contract - I refute it every time. But this is the second time on a couple of years that as a result of answering the phone I’ve had money taken out of my bank by superpuzzle. Absolutely despicable behaviour

Devastated is an understatement.

I only noticed this morning that £99.99 had been taken out of bank by supercardsuperpuzzle. I’ve never heard of them so rang my bank. It’s seems money has been taken form my account since November 2023 every quarter of £69.99 but supercard. I’m presuming they are the same firm. I’ve never signed up , have no paperwork and no emails from this company. The money has been taken without my knowledge and amounts to a few hundred pounds which being a pensioner I can I’ll afford. No paper bank statements since 2023 so not being tech savvy I had no way of seeing it. I am devastated they can take all that money.

I have to add to my review . Against all my expectations they have been very good . I found an email for them and was really shocked when they replied within a few hours with apologies and offering a refund. Fingers crossed it arrives in my bank but I have to be honest and say they deserve more stars than I originally gave.

Great discounts on a wide selection of retailers

I have had a Supercard for years and use it all the time for discounts on many types of purchases - from travelling to clothes, electricals, cosmetics, homeware, days out, morning coffee, dinner, even my weekly shop at the supermarket. Easy to use and giftcards can be sent to others as presents or just to help out with elderly parent's shopping and the local foodbank.

Fraudsters

Supercard have fraudulently tried to take payments of £79.99 twice from my elderly Aunt's bank account without her having any knowledge of it! Her bank has been advised and they have now blocked any further attempted payments to them. I've read many reviews from other people along the same line - this company should be shut down - it's disgraceful.

Absolute fraudsters.
Took several payments over 6 months from my grandmothers bank without her permission. She only recently noticed and it's been reported to her bank as fraud.
