I sent pics of damaged vest . I cant navigate threw process of returns or much less read all the smallprint . Im old and do things old school . I'll never purchase from here again , worst customer service ever .

No item arrived

I ordered a UV shirt as my main item, along with two other items. The first item was cancelled by Mystic shortly after I placed the order. The rest of the parcel either didn’t arrive or was returned by DHL. Presumably, the parcel was damaged. I’ll never know for sure.

Bad Delivery process

Good product but the Delivery is a mess.
They outsource GLS as delivery company. They didn't even deliver the item and just put it at some random pickup place far away and ask me to come and pick it up

Amazing item quality and customer service!

The quality of the wet suit is incredible, as is the customer service! My order was shipped to me as fast as I could have asked for. I didn't even know about the lost & found warranty of Mystic when I was purchasin my order, but it's definitely something extta that will give me extra peace of heart when I purchase my next item from them.
