was late in responding, so i have already gone a head & replaced the radiator with a metric one.The advise given was good

Zero customer service support
Contacted customer service for help on there plastic screws that snapped of our towel rail. They asked us to send images which we did.We have sent a further 5 emails and still no response.
They are as helpful and efficient as chocolate fire guard!
Awful company
Agree with the other comments absolutely awful company. Do not buy from them! Warranty is a joke they do not stick to it! Use stupid ridiculous excuses that are completely incorrect to get out of it or just stop replying to emails.
Stay clear!
No poor customer service for me!
I can understand previous reviews about poor customer service, but I have called Myson Customer twice recently, I can only say how helpful each individual was, even though it wasn’t their area of expertise.
I had an MPRT stat replaced in 2019 as a good will gesture, but if don’t follow the instructions how to remove from the backplate, you may damage the clips!
I didn’t damage anything.
I have spoken to the underfloor tech. dept. today,
26th March 2021, and Bailey the tech expert, was so helpful with a very complicated electrical issue with a Myson Wiring Centre.
I cannot find any fault with the contacts I have had.
This company is the worst company that…
This company is the worst company that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Be warned they do not reply to your query and when you finally get through to them their customer service and technical department have no idea what they are talking about and are no help at all.
You constantly get the repy of : I will have to ask my manager : The problem is the manager is either out or in a meeting.
They take no responsibility for faulty goods and have no service engineers to visit. They are a rip off.
Minus 5 stars would be more…
Minus 5 stars would be more appropriate. Like many others, have had a problem with a Myson curved towel rail warmer developing very small rust marks towards the lower end and upwards/across the bars, but they are not interested and refuse to take any responsibility despite sending photos and evidence that rust inhibitor had been installed in the heating system. The quality of their paint finish is very questionable, and this radiator is clearly not suitable for a bathroom environment. We have followed their instructions as much as is possible i.e. ventilation, no leaving very wet towels on it, correct fitting etc. but this seems of little use. (Towels are never soaking wet after a shower anyway). So basically, forget any warranty, and be prepared for their radiator to last just a few years on average before deteriorating - so much for British manufacture and what we believed to be a reputable company - sad to say they don't deserve to stay in business when reading all these negative reviews.
Shocking organisation and customer service
We purchased a Kickspace Duo plinth heater for our kitchen just over two years ago. Through the summer of course it wasn't used but when we tried to put it on in October (typically just outside warranty period) it failed to work on either the heating or electric only setting.
Myson refused to honour the warranty even though it was barely a month outside the period and clearly wasn't being used in the summer. This is their right but strikes me as poor for a reputable company.
Then they informed us that we might need a whole new unit as they no longer manufacture parts for the Duo (so just outside warranty period they stopped supplying parts for repairs.)
Eventually they have informed us that the replacement fan and motor for a different heater will work but that was after a long and drawn out process with their customer service department who you can only contact by e-mail (a valid excuse when lockdown started but not 7 or 8 months thereafter.)
We will now have to pay to repair a unit which is only 2 years and a bit old which makes me question the quality of product. Furthermore the very poor customer service support means that we've been without heating during the winter in our kitchen.
Advised that their towel rails…
Advised that their towel rails shouldn't be in areas that have levels of moisture (so not in a bathroom?!). Our towel rail installed in our en-suite shows signs of rust under paint within 12 months (new build install). Well ventilated, near window & extractor fan and never used to dry towels.
Dismissive customer service. Avoid! If you can, go with a radiator supplier who has products fit for purpose.
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. Their radiators rust and do not honour their warranty. I now have to source a good quality radiator from a reputable company and pay to have it replaced.
Oh nearly forgot they offered some touch up paint. I declined.
Worthless 10 year radiator warranty
We have had six Myson column radiators installed in our house, two seven years ago and a further four more recently. One of the original rads has developed a fault, which an independent plumber has said is a welding issue and we believe this to be covered by the warranty. Our customer service experience with Myson has been terrible. They are extremely unhelpful and want "unequivocal" proof that the fault is manufacturers defect via an "independent expert report". It says a lot about a company when you experience problems and their "Customer Care" team could not care less. I strongly recommend using an alternative supplier for your radiator purchases.
Myson MRT1 thermostat removal
I have a Myson MRT1 thermostat and when i tried to unclip it (according to the instruction manual), it wouldn't budge. In the end i had to force it and the clip broke.
Crap design.
As far as the thermostat operation goes, I have no complaints.
Myson Lindi Towel Rail
Myson Lindi Towel Rail
Myson Lindi Towel Rail
We having issues with Myson regarding a towel rail that rusts, The first rail was installed in 2011 and rusted within 3 years, after much aggravation this was replaced in 2015, but within 18 months a crack in the paintwork appeared this was reported to Myson, but they refused to do anything about this. Then after 3 years we noticed more areas of rust appearing in the rail 5 points in total. Myson are now refusing to accept this as a warranty issue pointing out that this rail should not be placed in a room that has dampness in the air as it will rust, unfortunately I am unable to find any Bathrooms or En-suits that do not have moisture in the air when they are in use. They also state that the room must be ventilated, our room has a ducted ventilation system that I am sure if you got to close and had a wig on it would lift it off.
My advice is NOT to buy any products from Myson as they do not honour their 10 year warranty.
