I just moved to Hamburg a few months ago from the U.S. and needed to buy all new furniture. I found My Sofa Bed and decided to give them a try. Their staff was so gracious, and spoke English with me. They were patient while I asked so many questions, as this was my first time buying furniture in a new country. I was able to take my time and find the perfect couch. My pup and I are loving our new sofa bed!
Customer Service was very fast in answering and friendly. The sofa was delivered about 2 weeks too late but that was probably a manufacturer problem.
Construction problems from the start. Paid for assembly of custom-made sofa which was done improperly. Gap between back and seat cushions and seat cushions sag. Expense sofa looks terrible. mysofabed is not accepting responsibility and tries to blame misuse, yet two times technicians came and no mention of misuse but failed attempts at repairs.
It has been such a headache furnishing our flat since moving to Germany but the people at mysofabed.de were amazing!! Great customer service, quick responses to questions and our daybed was actually delivered ON TIME, which is a first. Assembly took about 10 minutes from the moment it arrived and it looks great. Thanks so much!
