From ordering until delivery everything was superb. Communication was brilliant and product was spot on. Great company to deal with. I’m a contractor and purchased doors for a customer who is so happy with the wardrobe doors. Will definitely use again.

Six weeks in and we are extremely satisfied with our new fitted wardrobe from My Sliding Wardrobe. Their online tool was super easy to use and provided all the guidance needed to submit accurate measurements. You also have plenty of choices for configuration (but not so many that it gets confusing), so we were able to have the wardrobe set up exactly how we needed it. MSW arranged for their fitter to come and helped to ensure the delivery of the doors and fitments were timed perfectly. They arrived the day before the fitter was booked so everything was here for him to get to work and we didn't have to store anything for too long. The fitter knew exactly what he was doing and completed everything to (as expected) a high standard. The wardrobe looks fantastic and all of the materials and workmanship are a high standard. I have recommended MSW to friends and will continue to do so.

We absolutely love the wardrobe and are delighted with the finished result. The service we received throughout the process was first class and everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and extremely helpful.

I would also like to give a special mention to the fitter, Chris at Flamingo Property Maintenance. Who was amazing. He did a wonderful job and his workmanship was outstanding. We were very impressed with both the quality of the installation and the care he took during the fitting.

Fitted on behalf of a customer who had low ceilings and needed custom height doors. Online configurator was easy to use. Delivery was as scheduled and well packaged. Quality materials especially supplied fixtures. Easy install. Overall quality higher than Howdens equivalent. Would use again

We have now ordered 2 wardrobes from here over the last 6 months as we are slowly improving a home we recently moved into.
The ordering process is fairly simple, just make sure you know your dimensions and worked out how you want the design.
My 2nd one I ordered, it was me that messed up.
Aaron though was fantastic and helped me sort out the issue, I knew what i had done as soon as I tried to put the doors on.
It was only a quick call and a few emails and it was all sorted, he even gave me a few options I could try first.
Communication was first class from ordering to delivery.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone, Aaron will do his best to help even before you order, with advise on how best to achieve the look you want.

Really pleased with the result, they fitted perfectly and were super easy to install. Quality finish at a great price.

From start to finish was a great experience, really liked being able to chat over WhatsApp to discuss my design before placing an order, really helped and gave great advice.

Everything arrived within a couple of weeks and was fitted by my own carpenter, from a price/quality perspective can’t fault anything.

Overall much more reasonable than going direct to your usual big chain high street retailers.

We have a slightly awkward layout and MSW just got it right from the start. Great choice of materials and styles enabled us to build exactly what we need, nothing was too much trouble and all questions answered clearly and promptly. Through to delivery and installation using MSW was a first class company to deal with. Absolutely would recommend to anyone.

Great service from start to finish with great communication from Aaron, helping me sort a problem with the bank. Delivery arrived on time and the product is great. Being able to order bespoke sizes with clear instructions on the website was really helpful.

Aaron was absolutely amazing. We were using Ikea wardrobes and wanted a sliding mirror door in front and Ikea didn't offer the solution we wanted. Aaron explained how to order the doors to fit with the Ikea wardrobes and other things I wouldn't have considered and was available for many conversations and loads of Whatsapps. He definitely earned the sale! To the point I didn't even try to get another quote. Brilliant service, so many online companies don't have anyone you can speak to which was really important because of what we wanted and I didn't want to get it wrong.

This company is excellent value for money as we have now bought 2 sets of sliding wardrobe doors for our daughters new build that my husband fitted which he found really easy to do. So much so that we are about to place an order for our dressing room at home to replace the current ones we have as we have found that the glide on the my sliding wardrobes tracks are so much smoother

I shopped around for a while for a fitted wardrobe and I'm so glad I did. The product is such great quality, comes with a 12 year warranty, great support from the team and at an amazing price! I needed to get in touch about customisation, and everything I needed to add into my  shelving they took care of - you can tell they are very well trained in their products 🙂 

Absolutely love our new wardrobes! Very easy to assemble, fit perfectly and have completely transformed the room. Delivery guy was super friendly and gave us some helpful tips. Expensive but worth the money.
