Marketing of Chinese product deceptively close to that of luxury brand
I had ordered a product branded "Lelos". This is deceptively close to the luxury brand name "Lelo", which is what I had wanted to get. I was very disappointed when I received the product - a Chinese brand with no mention of any brand, Lelos, Lelo or anything else.
I immediately contacted the mysexshop on the email address provided to express my annoyance about the deceptive branding, and delayed writing this review, hoping for a response. I have not yet heard anything.
On the positive, the buying process was easy and communication good.

Dear Phillippa - we have no affiliation with Lelo - our primary focus is to give our customers value for money / please share your experience and rating of the vibrator - that is valuable information for us all / kind regards Mysexshop.
