Royal Home Flooring did an amazing job on install and replacement of our kitchen floors. Great customer service and install skill.
Guillermo and Oscar removed our old foyer and kitchen flooring. They then installed a new sub-floor for the beautiful new Luxury Vinyl Plank. They did an excellent job of moving / replacing the furniture, expertly installing, cleaning up ... and it all only took about 4.5 hours. We are so happy with this installation and the great new look in our home!
They refinished my floors and I notified them within 9 days of completion of several defects in the finish and filler they used. It took them over 30 days to give me a formal reply. That reply said, we are past your 30 day warranty and will have to charge you to come out and fix the issues with they floor.
I have over a dozen area on the floor that the filler is coming out some areas as long as 5 feet.
Oh boy where do I start...
#0 OVERPRICED for product delivered and services rendered. After spending $40k for vinyl flooring install of a 1800 sqft home
#1 SALES WILL NOT MENTION 20% RESTOCKING FEE for returns at the time of purchase
My story: I reluctantly went through with Royal home flooring due to the undisclosed restocking fee... I missed the fine print, my fault but salesperson Moe purposefully fails to mention the restocking fee because transparency affects the sale...
#2 Company stands behind signed agreement rather than customer satisfaction
My story: COMPANY WILL NOT own up to reimbursement of damages caused during installation as they wipe their hands clean of responsibility because of their "agreement". Customer satisfaction is non-existent... Customer Service is for namesake and is deaf and dumb to customers' concerns... So much for being "family owned".
#3 Installers more worried about their weekend plans than to make sure you're satisfied with the work done
#4 Quality of work is sub-par. Post-install, you will visibly find cosmetic issues which they WILL NOT OWN UP TO. They state, we will not do ANY remedy to
a) cover up imperfections (ie fix nail holes in the quarter rounds, fill up spacing between doorway frame and flooring, and the list goes on...)
#5 LIFETIME WARRANTY IS A JOKE, don't fall for it, it comes with A LOT, and I mean A LOT of strings attached where they can weasel their way out of being liable for ANY quality concerns on their "world class" installation services...
#6 NOTHING SPECIAL HERE, you're better off buying the flooring yourself and hiring your own contractor to do the work for you as the "quality installers" will destroy your home as long as they get the work done I the shortest amount of time possible...
In Summary: Company IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY, they hide behind their contracts, , and I repeat, DO NOT CARE about your satisfaction.
A few examples with photos attached for reference as to the damages they WILL NOT OWN UP TO and what you can find expect in terms of the quality of their work...
Love the floors they look great and your guys did such a great job we are so happy we chose you to do the job thank you so much Randy
