Does what it says. No faff

Bought their gold lifetime membership but it was not made clear when purchasing you still needed to purchase a navigation membership on top if you want to actually use their navigation app. Bit of a sly hidden con!
In my opinion i wouldn't buy any route planner subscriptions if you just want a navigation app.
Get a tomtom instead, It’s a much better navigation system plus you get their ‘mydrive’ route planner app for free (better vfm than routeplanner imo)

I like that you have a "Free" plan because I get everything I need that way. My travels are pretty much limited to day trips, and the free plan is all I need. Thanks for doing a great job.

The application is a very versatile and complex program that has a very friendly user interface. Like all powerful applications, some learning and experience is necessary. Once you start to understand the basic layout and capabilities, the application really starts to expose its very powerful capabilities. I particularly love having the ability share my routes with other members and get critiques from them. This has made my routes more successful that just working on them alone.

Keeps changing the planned route to one of its own, very frustrating.

Unable to down load to my tom tom using my notebook or print out. Used text to write my own text

I have purchased a SILVER package but I cannot export my routes to my TomTom.
Could you helpmeet please.

So easy to plot a route and very informative when following it.

Great set up and easy to follow directions.

The program is good, but a little difficult to find things

A great app and super support with fee you tube videos and webinars. The only thing to make this better would be live traffic to make this the ultimate route planner and Sat nav.

God to make routes. The auto-route planner is not synchronized between app and Android Auto (different routes).

It is so easy to plan/create a route, adjust to wherever you need, and then save and export you ya GPS device for import.

Ive used this on my Garmin Zumo XT and now on my new Motorrad ConnectedRide. All seamless imports.

Just used MyRoute for motorcycle tour to France & Germany. Good in my opinion but with irritating flaws, namely:

1. If you miss a waypoint for what ever reason it keeps trying to send you back even when obviously you don’t want to go back.
2. Removing a waypoint en route is tricky and it took me some time to work out how to do it.
3. There is an occasional tendency, which you have to watch out for, to send you off route on a strange detour.
4. The clarity of on screen instructions eg when approaching junctions is poor compared to Google Maps and Waze.

Overall. a promising app which needs improvement.

Used it for the first time this weekend. I took 2 gpx routes that I bought from a provider, placed them in MRA, joined them and turned it into a weekend ride with friends. I then split the route for days and stops before exporting the gpx files for Garmin and shared with friends. Everything worked well. The app was extremely straightforward. I’ve told my friends to buy it too. Days of base camp are over.

I need a few things only. If these were be accessable, the sw was perfect.
These are:
-improvement in live functions such as showing traffic, accidents, police activity etc.
- the offline maps refreshment is to slow in that way, when the smallest change forces downloading everything.

What made your experience good is the ease of use, but I am still understanding some of the finer parts of the software, In answer to the question "What is this company doing well", well for me everything so far, I am finding some trouble when I am on the chart adding points when I move about, but that is when I have unlocked the map so I get that, just have to get used to the software and produce more routes and test them out.

Good experience with My-route app. Very precise way pointing and great maps. Easy to export to TomTom .itn formats. Happy with the app and its performance.
