Go elsewhere, terrible communication and service
The company I work for has used Myron for over 20 years for two sizes of custom planners. I placed the order as always in March with a delivery date of October. I thought everything was fine until I got an email in September stating they were preparing to ship my order and it was not the items I had ordered. I tried to get a response my Rep Bryan Smith as to what was going on. He stated the ones I ordered were not available and that they were going to replace them with the other ones. I told him multiple times I did not want them and to please cancel all orders, because they kept sending my the proof to approve. Needless to say, weeks later and many email sent to them thinking it was taken care of, the box arrived. I was not aware it was from them and now I have sent multiple emails asking for a return label. They will not respond.
They are throwing huge tariff charges after you receive the order and they are in the USA
we placed an order for pens for $168.00 and the $25.00 setup etc get the total bill with tax etc and all is good. pens get shipped and in the box is a new receipt with a $135.00 Tariff charge and now can no longer to get anyone else to respond.
Sent us to collections for a paid invoice
Our company is a long-time customer[several years] and have spent thousands of dollars purchasing their products. We have always had a track record of prompt payment of any invoice we received. This year we received a collection notice that was initiated by Myron Corp for non-payment of an invoice from last year[6 months prior]. We received NO notice from Myron at all-just a collection letter from an outside company. We contacted Myron to see what was wrong and finally they admitted that they had changed their accounting system and that our timely payment[although received and deposited] fell through the cracks and was not credited. We are still trying to get the collections company to acknowledge this and purge this from our company's record.
We are happy with the quality of the products.

This company is on the decline and should be avoided.
I've orders thousands of dollars' worth of product from this company, and I recently left my original position to work at another firm. I was excited to bring them along because of how great and dependable they used to be. However, within last year, they placed an expensive order for pens with incorrect information on them without my approval. They gave me a "discount" for 30%. I requested another account rep, and it took several days to get the most basic proof after totally ignoring my guidance. I finally got my proof, told them I approved it, and carried on. They said that they called me to request payment information, but I do not have record of this. About a month later, I reached out to my new rep and asked for an update on my shipment since we had an event around the corner. They said that since they did not receive payment, they never produced my order. I sent payment and requested that we get this order expedited and they agreed and promised that my order would not take longer than 2 weeks. 3 weeks later, I had to follow up again on the status of my shipment. I was told that my payment was not processed correctly and asked if I wanted to continue with the order. Obviously not anymore. I placed my initial order Jan 23, and it is now March 19. I used to have great customer service with this company but it is clearly on the decline. There is no communication between the client and the company. You can very easily turn to other company or do an image search for the product you need. After a 5 year relationship with this company, I doubt I will ever use them again.
