Have given only one star as I could not…

Have given only one star as I could not give less. Regus is probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Their customer services are completely non existant, they are incredibly rude, and if you complain and take out a 'ticket' from their terrible website, they close it if you are not back to any of their questions if you are not back to them within 24 hours, but for a refund, they can take up to a few months. If you are looking for serviced offices, Regus are not the business to go with. 'Service' is clearly not something they take seriously. - Go with ANYBODY else.
