Our friend group order a lot of things and they got lost, it takes a while to figure out that items have been lost. That is understandable. We were offered a replacement or money back and the replacement order took a while to ship.
When you delay a customer with products that are used in their every day life you could maybe fast track it a little. But apparently that is not an option.
And the new shipment of the order is going to take more than 2 weeks to arrive at the destination.
To my understanding the time of a customer is not really important from this interaction.
Every response was indeed apologetic but typing sorry and doing the bare minimum to fix the issue is unacceptable.

I am very angry, they are charging 8.99 for 1-2 days delivery service and telling that will send with courier and then send with post delivery and that I have to wait 2 weeks. And I didn’t choose that option even if that cheaper , because I needed to get order before my trip . And when I text them what I get is apology and that order is dispatched and will be soon.

Amazing prices and producs.
value for money products, great discounts and the suppluments and food you can order are very healthy and beneficial to the normal function of the body. Even more impressive are the performance enchancers such us creatine and protein both of which are great for recovery and getting more strength and volume in your workouts. In my case, it was injury recovery, as Ive been struggling with a sprained ankle for quite some time. Great site, would highly recommend. Thanks!
