I returned a package couple of weeks…
I returned a package couple of weeks ago and I never received any confirmation or refund. My package was never processed, I paid 20 francs to return it, even though returns are in most cases for free and I haven’t heard anything about my package.

Good but...
Good Products and site navigation is easy.
But the Swiss site is only in German. I would have appreciated to have it in French (and Italian?) as those are official languages spoke in the country.

Difficulty on buying due to language barrier
It is really difficult to buy in your webpage without being able to shop in french, italian or english. Switzerland has several (3) official languages and many people don't speak German.
