This site is consistent, you can count on points being honored.

First, when you try to cash out 1500 points, you find out that it’s not $15. 2400 points is. So you’re doing surveys for pennies.
Yesterday I reached the screen where it said that I had completed the survey. It asked if I’d answer a few more questions. I said yes. It froze. I never received my points. Support has not replied in 24 hours.
Just now, I did 2 surveys that shows you 3 videos. I got to the end of both, and both said I didn’t qualify. Both had the wrong time listed.
I understand now. I’ll never get the 600 points I need to cash out and delete this.
Use any other survey company, and 500 is $5.00, and you can cash out that low.

It is okay - maybe offer points for logging in.

Mypoints leaves us with so many ways they could help us but just enough good things to keep us involved. Surveys is still a major problem. My wife and I still can't get mobile app activated. Therefore we have no access to the games that can be downloaded.

I redeemed points for United Miles. I’d given up hope of ever getting the miles. Months afterwards I inquired on the status with no response. Then a few days ago the miles showed up. Many months later.

There are many different fun ways to earn points, and it doesn't take long to rack up enough points to have the minimum amount to cashout for a giftcard. It usually takes about 2 days for the money to hit my Paypal account, but I've received it every single time. This app is the real thing, and if you need a way to keep a few extra bucks around, I highly recommend you download this app!

I have to fight for my points. I get pet food from Chewy and I rarely get my points without putting in a ticket.

Right now I have five unresolved tickets dating back to the beginning of March for purchases made last year.

This was a gift for my grandson and was so easy to print out to put in his card.

I like this very much. I just don't like having to wait several days for the certificate to be emailed to me. Also, why do we only get 1 point for attempting a survey. When I joined it was 10 points, then it went to 5 points and now just one point. It's hardly worth it to even do a survey.
