This cat does not live up to standards. The coloring is wrong. My baby had an m markings this cat does not. They did put paw pads i asked for. Came without the recorder I pd extra for. Now they say I have pay shipping to send it back to either fix or return. That's horrible customer service. They made the mistakes they should fix for free. Totally not worth the money

Updates and the quality of the product

The team was incredibly kind and informative, and they took my requested alterations to heart and made sure my plushie was the best it could possibly be.

For the amount I paid, I honestly expected a thicker blanket. It was a memento gift for someone and it looked cheaper than what I knew was the cost. The photo picture wasn't as defined as I hoped, so I was disappointed in this purchase.

Petsies reply still disappoints. I did not order the cheapest possible blanket, but a medium size one. For the price I paid, it should have been more substantial. I doubt the recipient realizes this.

Had no idea this was being made for me. As soon as I opened the box and saw the crossed paws, I knew immediately what it was and could not speak from shear surprise and joy. Have missed my dog for 5 years and still think of him every day. Now my heart jumps every time I see him. Incredible details and spot on likeness! Thank you for my baby.

This is the 3rd one I've had done by Petsies & each one has been so realistic that people think they are real! I highly recommend Petsies!

The body is one big sausage there's no differentiation from the head to body. There's no neck. The colours are all wrong it's so dull and grey. The photos of my cat show that he's a lot more saturated golden and brown, this looks so grey and lifeless. The quality of the fur is literally falling off of it as I touch it. I understand it's a doll and not a replica, but it's not even close to resembling my cat. It's so uncanny and scary. The pattern is accurate it's just the colouring, the shape, and the quality.

I don't want to give a bad review, but it has been 14 weeks and they have already got their money and i have not received my petsies.... they keep telling me that its taking longer than usual because of the volume ? but i see here on the reviews, that people have ordered after me and have already got their petsies !!! I lost my Bebo this year and iam so heartbroken.... please can somebody help me ? I have reached out to Petsies i left Emails & voicemails and all they tell me that its in production. PLEASE

This is a difficult experience to rate. We ordered a stuffed animal replica of our cat who passed on, but since our cat was a basic black cat without much in the way of distinguishing features, I was worried we would get a "generic black cat" plush. I sent pictures and explained her unique features, and...I got a generic black cat plush. It looked very little like my cat. I got in touch with customer service who offered to remake it, there was a bit of confusion about what I wanted (they felt the problem was I thought it was too big, but that was a secondary issue) but they agreed to remake it in a smaller size for no additional cost. The remake took a very long time, but they did offer to let me keep the first attempt (I chose to send it back to them). When we got the second attempt, it was much better. Not perfect, but they clearly made an attempt, and it definitely captures her "essence" more than the first one.
I will say this stuffed animal (both the original and the remake) are *extremely* high quality. The fur feels realistic, it looks amazing, and several times I've looked at it and thought my cat was back and sitting on her couch. Our other cat has even been fooled by it. They're not cheap, but they are an amazing product and definitely a fitting memorial to our cat.
I kept flipping between 3 and 4, but the main reason I settled on 3 is because they are in the business of dealing with people who have lost pets, people who cared enough about their pets to want something to remember them by. Quite simply, their first attempt was extremely upsetting, I wanted something that looked like my cat and it was *not* my cat. They fixed their mistake and I may be being a bit too judgmental, the loss was still very new. And quite honestly, while I admit I was partly at fault because I was very upset, their customer service was not very friendly or understanding.
I'd still recommend their product, especially if your pet has distinctive markings or something they can more easily replicate. Just be ready if things don't end up the way you expect.

Our stuffed animal is so realistic that the other dog is doing play bows to it. It resembles our sweet deceased Luna very well and is a tremendous comfort to my son. We especially appreciated the opportunity to sign up for a sneak peak before receiving our special plushie. Thank you!

We paced an order for some socks on March 21. The tracking shows the socks stalled somewhere and arriving late. How do you review a product before you receive it?

Petsies did such a good job of trying to get all the details right on the Petsy I ordered for my daughter after she lost her beloved cat who was her best friend. You can tell they really care!

The pillows turned out beautiful!

My dog's pillow is perfect. Can't wait to give it to my daughter when she leaves for college!
