I was very disappointed when I received my plush.

My plush had a bald spot on the neck, which was not covered with hair.
The dark spot was missing from her paw. I had sent a photo of this and clearly marked it with a circle. Her eyes were popped out. While her eyes are deeper. The impression of her face is terrifying, the shape of her mouth is also completely different. In addition, I had to pay additional customs clearance costs: € 87.18.

This doesn't look like my cat as I had hoped, but one straight out of a horror movie.

I received a smaller version of my dog and he’s perfect. I thank your whole team for taking such care of my woody

I have not actually seen the items I bought and have them sent to my mom who just lost her dog but she says it’s like having her there with her. I got the blanket and the pillow the pillow has a better picture simply due to the material what a blanket is still awesome she says. My brother saw them, and he bought a mug for his daughter, who just lost her kitty

Wow! Their ability to take my photos and turn them into a (full size) stuffed animal is amazing! I loved being able to check in on the process and help them make it even better. (Mine was a Maine Coon, and they sort of forgot the ear tufts.) For me the results warm my heart. I'll have something treasured to pet long after I stop being able to have a real cat.

Petsies is great. Our daughter regular kisses the pillow of our beloved cat that Petsies made for us a year after he passed.

I lost my dog Nov 2nd 2022 and decided to try Petsies so I could get my girl back and it looks just like her.

I cannot express how perfect this was. I sent them about 15 photos of our dog who we had just lost. It was identical. It was almost jarring because we'd walk into rooms and think he was sitting on the bed. When we sent photos to our family, they (not so) jokingly asked if we had actually sent them his fur to make the stuffed animal haha. They did an absolutely amazing job. We were worried in selecting the right company and after seeing the results, man, I cannot express how great they did. 100% recommend.

Came across an ad for Petsies on Facebook. "Fundy" was my wife's favorite dog. He died almost 20 years ago. Supplied several photos of "Fundy" to Petsies, made the necessary selections on their easy to navigate order page and submitted my order. "Fundy" arrived last Saturday and I put it on our kitchen counter so my wife would see it first thing Sunday morning. Her reaction was priceless...she loved it! "Fundy" was so real looking that our Cockalier, "Liffey", thought so, as well, and barked at it, sniffed at it and growled. Two days later and "Liffey" still barks at it and gives "Fundy" the evil eye. Petsies did an amazing job...well worth the cost.

Petsies was so wonderful the whole way through with making my stuffed animal of my beloved dog. They asked detailed questions to make sure they got everything correct. They were a breeze to work with and kept me up to date on every aspect of the order. I have not experienced this level of customer service in 20+ years. Thank you for actually caring about me and making my stuffed animal so magical! I can feel the love and care from each person who helped make this happen.

The craftsmanship and detail is amazing! They really matched my dogs’ pictures so well. Just send in several photos, select coloring and add some description and the result is fantastic. You even get cute little e-mail updates throughout the process. It was the perfect gift for my golfer!

My beloved cat Winnie of 17 years old passed away leaving me devastated, and God sent me my friends at Petsies to comfort my heart. They were an amazing lovingly team of artists working hard to bring her back to my arms. The plush Petsie of my Winnie was beautiful and so close to life with the same coat of fur like my Winnie’s. They were so supportive and communication with them was amazing all throughout my experience, dealing with Petsies team was so joyful and a pleasure and you won’t regret it. They will bring your pet back to your arms like real.

My wife and I were very pleased with the uncanny likeness to our much loved dog. Friends and family were taken by how much it looked like Nacho. He is very much missed, but stuffed Nacho gives us some comfort.

The communication while creating the plush was excellent. I knew what the status of every step was.

And I highly recommend adding on the step where you have the option to see the final product and make changes before completion. Not that it was not correct, but we always thought her eyes were larger than normal, so we asked for that change, and they made it perfect.

She is the spitting image, including the coloring and patterns, as our real girl, whom we lost last year.

I was a bit nervous when ordering as the price was very high and I wish you could do a design review without paying extra as it already is such a high cost. However, I will say that Petsies did an amazing job with my pet. It was a gift for my sister and brother in law to put in their nursery for their newborn. They are expecting their first kid and had their dog help choose the name before he passed away due to cancer. They both absolutely loved the plush and it meant a lot to them. I absolutely would go through petsies again, it was worth the cost.

We had Boston Terrier’s for along time. We had to put Oreo down in October of 2023. His sibling Larry became ill and was on hospice for a short time, unfortunately his illness progressed quicker than we expected and again we had to put our beloved Larry down 3 weeks later. This left Charlie who bless his little heart made it to his 14 th Birthday, ha went thru many health issues and his legs could no longer support him. So on December 22, 2023, Charlie crossed Rainbow Bridge to join his brothers. I searched for a company that specializes in creating look a like stuffed animals that’s where I found Petsies. All I can say is they were great! They were professional and caring. They expressed their condolences for our losses. I had Larry made for me, and I had Oreo made for his Daddy. I get comfort thru my Petsie. Everyday I kiss him Good Morning and hug him, I talk to him everyday. It may sound weird to some people but you will always have your fur baby with you. Mind you it’s not an exact science but it’s pretty darn close. 😃

Our Stash passed away before Thanksgiving..It's was my kiddos bestfriend..for Christmas. I ordered his replica...Amazing enough it got here 3 Days before Christmas...The perfect gift...Made us all cry...there Amazing with details...

I didn’t receive my order until 2 months after it was placed, but the wait was worth it! My family and I have been so sad since we lost our Brownie. We had her for 16 amazing years and it’s been hard to move on. I cried when I opened the box, it was my baby. Pricing is expensive, but worth it. My kids are so happy that we have a real visual memory of our Brownie. Make sure to submit a detailed picture and you will be ecstatic when your order arrives.

My Petsie experience has far exceeded my expectations. The stuffed dog they built for me was incredibly lifelike and very high quality. In fact, it was so well done that I’ve already ordered one of a different pet. These gifts are very loving memorials of two treasured members of my family.

My petsie came in shortly after my boy passed away. I can't describe how wonderful it was to have such an identical recreation of him that I could see and hold again. They did such a great job that my wife was in tears. I could tell the artist gave it their all because my dog was a reverse brendel pit bull and I figured they would have a hard time getting his patterns right but they exceeded my expectations. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
