I took out 2 accounts for my sons and I got sent one with the wrong name i tried to get it corrected for over 2 months without any response . I cancelled my DD with the bank sent an email to them but nothing . Now this year they have gone back into PayPal used a different card and took 2 payments of 19.99 for my sons I have tried several attempts to contact this company with nothing . I would highly recommend avoiding this company

We're very sorry to read that you've been left feeling this way, as it certainly isn't the experience we want any of our customers to have.
Just to clarify a couple of points, we don't take payments by Direct Debit. All of our subscriptions are created and managed entirely through PayPal. Once a subscription has been set up, PayPal controls the billing, including which payment card is used, and unfortunately we have no ability to change or influence this from our side. If you do not cancel the subscription in your PayPal account they will try to take the payment each year.
We also did respond to your emails on several occasions. If you haven't seen our replies, it's possible they were filtered into your junk or spam folder, so it may be worth checking there.
We're sorry there was an issue with one of the account names, and we'd still be more than happy to help resolve this for you. If you could get back in touch with us, we'll do everything we can to get things sorted as quickly as possible.

Canceled my membership at least 6…
Canceled my membership at least 6 months ago if not more than a year ago and was recently charged for an annual membership. When I checked to see if I accidentally didn't finish the process and tried to log on my account was not found. I emailed their customer service through their webpage hoping for a resolution only for them to email me stating that the account has been deleted, however they still charged me the annual fee.

App is good when it works properly, no issues inputting scores etc but trying to look at previous scores the app just doesn’t seem to like it.. Could do better.

Very useful and straightforward golf app
I probably don’t use all facilities of this app but it’s great for me to use to log rounds and keep my handicap updated, also useful for keeping score either gross, net or stableford between myself and partners during a round, can also enter a round retrospectively or correct post entry

Provides a handicap to use in friendly competitions. Brilliant 👏🏻.
Just the right level of analysis and statistics to help try and improve my game without it becoming to time consuming and detailed for what I want from golf.
