I placed an order back in January for six cases for an iPhone. They were to be birthday presents for birthdays in January and in February. I still have yet to receive the six cases I purchased. I have emailed them numerous times. I finally got a return email saying that it takes time because of Covid and that’s why they have not been shipped yet. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I requested a refund because I said I no longer needed these items since birthdays have come and gone. They refuse to give me a refund. They said that they will notify me when they are shipped. So to take three months to get six iPhone cases to me seems absolutely ridiculous. Especially when they have no contact with the buyer letting them know what is going on and when to expect the items I purchased. I highly recommend not purchasing anything from this company. If you do plan on waiting months to get your product. So hopefully I’ll get my items by Christmas and they can be used then.
