The mattress topper is garbage. It arrived Friday 03/27/2026. I took it out of the packaging. On the website it was described as, "cloud like"and "cooling" it's very thin and has a lump in the middle. I put it on the bed lump didn't go away. It was so uncomfortable and hot I took it off the bed in about an hour. Wrote the company the next day to try and start a return that was Saturday 03/28/2026. Was told by a rep they would be back in touch with me in 24-48 hrs. It's almost 72 hours later and still haven't heard anything.
They not only have a garbage product but bad service. It's easily one of the worst purchases I've ever made. Don't buy from Mellow

Avoid Avoid. Constants lies about delivery , 5 different dates and times given. terrible service.

I initially bought the mat and, although delivery took quite a long time, the product seemed good at first. However, I recently discovered a quality issue with the mat. I’ve been trying to resolve this with the company for the past couple of months, but their customer service has been extremely unhelpful.

I’ve been given the run-around the entire time. They kept asking for information about my issue, and when I provided everything they requested, they didn’t address anything I said. Now they’ve stopped responding altogether, leaving me with a damaged rug and no support. Very disappointing experience.

the service and communication is excellent for this company. the only issue we had was delivery which with the help of the company was sorted. I would highly recommend the mattress we bought and look forward to many good night's sleep.

What a fantastic company ! Called to order a mattress for my electric bed. I had lots of communication with the company discussing my particular needs and e mails were answered immediately. Followed their advice I purchased my mattress which arrived beautifully packed within 3 days! Have slept all through the night ever since! Fabulous product and the outer cover is of amazing quality . We bought our mattress at the 3 counties event in Malvern, Worcester, and are over the moon with it, we have had it must be at least a year and no problems, we are both proper size {slim) in our 60 to 70s and like a firm mattress, we can get out in the night and the other is not disturbed, brilliant and much cheaper than the equivalent sprung mattress, we recommend them, many thanks,
