She is everything you want a property manager to be: very friendly and polite; calm and patient; professional and knowledgeable; always knowing how to proceed in any situation. We are extremely luck to have her. Please don't go anywhere!

So I decided to come to London and Study Law, I was told finding a home through an agency, and the process is a real pain, especially if you have never done it before. From the moment I met Yure, I could tell this would be a fun experience.

Yure understood from the beginning what exactly my requirements were, he not only showed me new and exciting developments but also managed to find me a home which I had no idea I could afford in a much better location. He knows the areas very well and every concierge we went into, it felt like they were friends of Yure, people greet him with smiles and a firm handshake, and he always introduces me to them. Something other agencies did not do.

This was the best level of service I have received. I will personally welcome Yure to Saudi Arabia anytime he wishes to visit!

Very professional. Perhaps a little too much contact for too little reason on occasion, but I am sure most people would appreciate that. Certainly better than too little contact.

Our Water heating system broke and we asked for a fix during the weekend. On Monday morning , Sam Loader took extra quick action and a plumber attended our flat on the same morning! This was fixed by noon.

Terrible agency. Gave us the wrong dates for the letting and only told us after wasting hours of our time filling in forms.

Have ridiculously high admin charges and it all looks set up like a scam, they make you pay fees and don’t give you the property.

Also heard from friends how they withhold deposits at the end of tenancy and don’t do maintenance work when it’s reqested, instead charging tenants out of their deposit.

Also seems convenient that their 700 Trustpilot review all come from accounts with only 1 Review and the dates all seem to be within the last to months...

Two years ago MyLondonHome provided an excellent service in helping us buy an investment flat. Of course we appointed them as sole agents to sell our own home this year. Once again they have been amazingly professional, incredibly driven, and just so very nice. We would never use anyone else as agents - they really are the best. We are hugely grateful to them.
