James Duddridge was great! Kind, helpful and communicative throughout a process which was otherwise extremely stressful and involved many less capable people. If I ever choose to move again and need a good estate agent, I will definitely get in touch with James.

I wouldn't typically bother writing a review, but I must admit, Wendy Gould was particularly good on this transaction. I felt she was very proactive chasing the various stakeholders and was also clearly an intelligent individual (and so always understood the messages she was relaying, rather than just passing along nonsense as I think a lot of other estate agents sometimes do).

I recently completed my purchase of an apartment . I would say, this is definitely the best person and service I ever met in property agency. They are very professional, patient and ready to help anytime you need. They are always with you to sort out any problem effectively and supportively. Outstanding service from MyLondonHome. Basima Hakim was fantastic and found me the perfect property. James Duddridge went above and beyond to chase up all the solicitors and helped complete the purchase as quickly as possible since a strict deadline needed to be met. I highly recommend MLH and would undoubtedly use them again in the future.

Really great service, Rob and the team did an excellent job of marketing the property, keeping me informed and advising me all the way through. Wendy was great at liaising and pushing the solicitors after the sale was agreed. I didn't think there would be much of a difference between estate agents, but after moving to MyLondonHome realized there service was leagues above others. Would highly recommend.

Take weeks to reply to emails once you start working with them and usually don't reply before sending reminders. It has been 2 months I have left the flat and still no news from my deposit. When I arrived in London, they told me I couldn't have the flat because I hadn't paid the first rent whereas I had never been told I had to pay it before moving in. I think it is truly the least efficient company I have worked with in my life. Happy new year.

I can't recommend MyLondonHome enough & in particular Ozi who kept potential buyers coming through the door. I initially had the property on YOPA but not one single viewing but all that changed when Ozi got involved & after 6 months I completed my property sale.
I seriously wouldn't bother with any other Agents if you want to sell.

Wendy is very helpful in helping me everything.
