They wont complete the job to a full standard.

This company cleared a vacant property for me.
They cant clear out units that are plugged into the electrics e.g storage units with light fittings- keep that in mind because its annoying and they never informed you before. They also leave small bits a pieces still in the house like photos on the walls or anything hanging. When you ask the to clear the whole property they might forget to clear the shed which is an easy mistake, fine, but then continue to ignore you for months so they don't have to go back and finish their job. The full clearance was £625 for a 2 bed terraced house and I'm now going to have to pay more to get someone else out. I wouldn't suggest you go with them.
