I am very satisfied with the service! George went above and beyond to meet all my expectations, delivering a high-quality experience. The hookah is fantastic and arrived safely. However, the tobacco bowl was scratched, which was disappointing, as this was my first hookah and I was really excited.
But George quickly resolved the issue, allowing me to choose a replacement bowl and delivering it at no extra cost. His prompt response and attention to customer satisfaction truly stand out.
Excellent service overall. I am very pleased and will continue to recommend this store to everyone.

Best Hookah shop and great support
MyHookah is by far the best shop for Hookah enthusiasts!
I ordered for the third time and had no big issues. The only problem I had was resolved in 24 hours by the support (Fadi). I had never had such a great experience before.
