Order end of march and emailed them on several occasions no reply it is know July and still waiting
Toke 2 months to arrive and on receiving it not all the diamonds in it and some the wrong colour. Showed it as one piece but came as 3 pieces. No reply to email and seems no way to return and get my money back.

I ordered 2 pictures which took 2 months to arrive. I emailed numerous times but got no response. One of the pictures has got diamonds missing. Ive messaged them about sending me them cos I cant finish it till they arrive but deep down I know I wont get them. I will definitely not b ordering from this company ever again.
NO STARS for this company. Ordered April 5th, 2020, it’s now June 4th, 2020 and have not received anything . They have also ignored all e-mails ( there have been many). DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
So many bad reviews on people not receiving their paintings. I also ordered a diamond painting in April and not received it. I'll never recommend you to anyone.
I ordered 4 of their diamond paintings on March 21st 2020,and have not received any of them. Today's date is May 29th 2020. I have left several e-mails alot of them over these past 8 to 12 weeks or more. I paid for these products with a credit card. I don't understand why they are ignoring me and not contacting me. Have ordered alot of products from them in the past and never had a problem with them. I have giving them the order# and my phone #. They have my e-mail address. Ordered on 5th April and didn’t get till the 8th May but really pleased with the 3 pictures I ordered. My daughters couldn’t wait to start them and would definitely order again.
I placed an order on April 23 2020 and have not received. I emailed with no response back. I am going to fight the charges with my bank now.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Like I'm reading in other reviews I placed an order, money was taken out at the time of the order but never have received any thing. I sent several text and emails and have never gotten a respons.i now feel they should not be allowed to try to sell anything in Facebook or any other site

A plan was ordered and paid for on 4th August 2016 and to this day has never been received.
Emails have been sent but never answered.
Message left on answer machine but never replied to.
PayPal dispute opened but no response so now escalated to claim.
Will I order again? Very unlikely unless they greatly improve their customer service.
I bought a Billing Boats Dana Fishing Boat from MyHobbystore.
The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful in advising which models would be good for a beginner and although I was advised that it could take up to 21 days to arrive it was with me within a week.
Overall, very happy with the service and product received.
i placed an order for £127.00 kit on 24.11.11 tempted by the offer of free postage.
My account was updated to show the item as despatched on 25.11.11 a week later having not received the item I contacted customer services. Was advised they would check with despatch and phone me back. No call back so I phoned again at 2:30 to be told the lady I had spoken to had "piped out for a sandwich" and would call me on her return. Still no call. Customer services only open from 10 to 4 pm. Now it's Monday so I phoned again. Again promised I would get a call back. This time I did but not until 3pm. Was told that they were having some issues with the warehouse but that the kit had been sent but no one seems to be sure if this or were it has gone. Was offered a replacement but having been told it would be so many days to order and then so many days to send I requested a full refund. Was advised she would have to check with her manager and that if agreed would take some 10 days.
Not acceptable so this has been raised as a paypal dispute.
Extremely poor customer service support. Next stage will be a claim through my credit card company as I want my money back.
When I ordered the item, I purchased it through their US website. I received notice that it was sent. After 5 weeks, I contacted US customer service and was told she'd look into it. Never heard back. Called US customer service again, and now they're stating they are no longer affiliated with the UK company.
Emailed UK customer service and still no response.
Extremely unhappy with poor customer service and runaround. I don't care if the two companies dissolved their partnership--I want what I ordered or a quick refund.
