Chava, a customer service representative was very helpful

I finally was able to get my money back. However; it was not My Heritage but rather PayPal.
My Heritage is 'silent' and will never respond to emails, and will never offer to give back the monies they take from your bank account.
Someone on another review site said to go to PayPal. What a wonderful company they are!
The 'automatic' responses from My Heritage are 'bots' and what they say are lies. Be very careful in clicking on a 'free trial' because they will take $207.90 without any email to say your 'free trial' is over.

Ben The customer relations manger was great. Helped me with some of my errors. Unfortunately a lot he couldn’t. Im a retiree and he was very patient with me. You have a great person in your employment establishment.

Most days I have someone to research through Myheritage so interesting

the operator was very helpful and listened to me , also when I said I was struggling using my heritage he said that he would forward information that would give me information that would help me with my searches which I am very gratiful defo 10 out of 10

The company representative was extremely polite, professional, and we had a very pleasant conversation, where he paid close attention to the suggestions I gave to improve their service.

The gentleman I spoke with was from New Jersey.
He was a delight to talk to. He was very warm and personable. After a brief time, he tuned in to my experiences with geanealogy sites so far and what it was I needed to stay engaged.
The new "my stories" program is exactly what I needed in order to leave something for my children and grandchildren about the family and its' history.
I am excited and looking forward to the project.

I plan to use one new feature to tell my own story, with pages compiled about my own life.

I have been receiving some "matches" lately, which I like, but if there is something incorrect about them, it is difficult to change anything without deleting the whole thing. I also do not like the listing of issues (things like ages too close, etc.) as I have been unable to figure out how to fix them. One thing is that my grandmother is listed as too young to have one of my uncles--but he is not her son, he is her stepson. Also, listed under my great-grandmother are her children, but also children of her ex-husband who are unrelated to her. In addition, there are some "matches" that have been mixed in with accurate matches, but are from Britain and completely unrelated to my family, but it seems you have to accept all of the matches on that list.
