This is where I find most things I can’t get and at good prices. Quality of products good too.

I brought Lamazuna solid shampoo and solid conditioner bars. Great smelling products and the shape of the bars are easy to hold and easily create a lather. They take a little getting used to but worth the effort.

I gave 4 because although the order was incorrect they were very quick to remedy, so it was much appreciated. Yes I will order again.

Good selection of product links. I ordered the probiotic cleaners and got them quickly. I like the way all these things are rounded up so I can find 'eco' items that I didn't even know existed! Thank you

Bought Magnetic coaster ... excellent product..long wait probably due to Covid ...so company sent me a voucher so bought another half price!!!

The initial order was handled well and arrived on time. Unfortunately, two of my my purchases broke after only a few uses, a bamboo hairbrush & bamboo washing-up brush. I've emailed to find out the process for returns & refunds/exchange but after 2 weeks I have received no reply. I am now having to email the product supplier (Panda Packing) where hopefully I will get a reply. Whilst on their site I realised the products were available at a much cheaper price than via My Green Pod so probably won't be buying from you again.

Great product great company but delivery was over two weeks and with no communication.

Fantastic selection of organic wines. Excellent service and fast delivery

GreenPod's website is easy to use and I was able to find what I was looking for with ease.

The Soapnut products were accurately described.These products are lovely. Gentle on the skin and the soap bar lathers up well and cleans the hair perfectly, with a fragrant scent, not overpowering.
I liked the salve the best and treated my Daughters to them.

Delivery has been within the week of ordering them, which is good during this time

Love MyGreenPod! Great marketplace of ethical, sustainably sourced products. Love my Pit-tastic deodorant bars and great to be able to buy Bio D washing up liquid and fabric conditioner in bulk too. Also love their brand look and messaging - it's like receiving emails from a friend! Highly recommended.

I was delighted to find some wines that were selected by MyGreenPod because they contained no added sulphides - very rare!
The service was excellent as well and the wines arrived even more quickly than was promised!

Great customer service, fast delivery, and good products. I'm particularly pleased to find organic wine that tastes great and is not too expensive.
The website could be made easier to navigate - it needs some more sub-groups under the main headings.

Can't fault this place. Able to buy something that I could only find on Amazon (yuck) for barely any more, safe in the knowledge that I still don't give any money to amazon and that instead I've contributed towards an ethically sound marketplace that appears to actually support small businesses. Super-fast, mid-lockdown delivery, exceptionally well packaged. Will shop definitely again.
