I hadn't realised I'd submitted for someone to call so when she did this morning and I advised I'd already had someone come out this morning I no longer required a quote, she then made off comments as if I was lying. Extremely rude and unprofessional and just by this one call I wouldn't use or recommend.

A brilliant design visit with Bob
Bob came out to my home to help design fitted wardrobes for a very small dressing room space, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I was very apprehensive going into it however this was eliminated almost immediately.
He spent a huge amount of time making sure everything was absolutely spot on. Rather than rushing through measurements or pushing one particular design, Bob carefully talked through multiple layout options and really took the time to understand what I wanted from the space and what would work for me. Because the room is quite small, I was worried about how much we could realistically fit in as much storage as needed, but Bob came up with several clever solutions that made the most of every inch.
Bob made adjustments based on every bit of feedback or idea I mentioned, explaining how each option would work and what the benefits were. He made the whole process feel collaborative rather than sales driven.
Bob also explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, going through all the available choices from layouts and storage solutions to finishes that would work best for me and the same again with all finance options.
Bob was so patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in getting the best result for the customer. If you’re considering fitted wardrobes or a custom storage solution, I would absolutely recommend Bob. A fantastic visit from start to finish.

From start to finish this company have been absolutely amazing firstly we had Garry who helped us design our two bedrooms he was very friendly and polite with great customer services skills and might I add was very patient with us as we took some time to decide.Throughout the whole process he was always happy to help with any questions I had and never made us feel rushed.
Also our fitter was Alan keen he did a outstanding job with both rooms we were very impressed with the high standard finish,just as good as leading brands in my opinion.if you are unsure whether to go with this company or not I would highly recommend you take a chance you will not be disappointed.

Second time using them. Was wanting a third room doing, but will look elsewhere. Poor organisation with the fitters and lack of email reply after installation shows lack of professionalism.

All was great with the 1st appointment…
All was great with the 1st appointment and the surveyor and then we had our date for delivery and fitting. So I booked my carpet fitter for the 3rd day, delivery didn't arrive on the date agreed and when I phoned they said the date was a day later than we had agreed! So everything else went to pot my carpet fitter couldn't come so we had to wait on him when he next had a slot and we were sleeping on a mattress on the floor. The company didn't even apologise they made our like it was my fault. For this reason I wouldn't use them again even if they are cheaper!

The company was recommended to us by a relative who were thrilled with their design experience and end product so, on their recommendation, we contacted My Fitted Bedroom. Bobby came over to design our wardrobes for us and straight away we were very impressed with Bobby and the number of design suggestions offered to us that other design companies had not taken in to account. Bobby was a great help in designing our room and when we reconsidered our design, he came back and took the time to amend the design with us. After speaking with our marketing manager, she tells me a member of her team called your niece at the time of the enquiry.
Susan called from an 0161 number but the call was not answered. We understand some people are reluctant to accept calls from unknown numbers, but we do not repeatedly call people as we do not want to pester them.
I am sorry that we were unsuccessful in making contact.
Great experience...
We have previously used My Fitted Bedroom for our daughters room and were very pleased with the results. When we decided to do our bedroom we invited them back to quote. Bob was amazing, not only did he deal with our 7 month old puppy but he spent a lot of time and effort making sure we were happy with the design whilst remaining within our budget.

Designer gave me exactly what I wanted, didn't try and over sell anything to me.
Delivery was straight forward especially for the amount of pieces that were delivered, delivery guys were super good, very polite and courteous
And the fitter (Shaun Worrell) well he was amazing, what a credit to your company, super brilliant at his job, really tidy, polite and just great
before i started this journey of a 4 room fit I was conferenced it would be stressful, but thankfully I got the best service and a great fitter.
