You get an awful lot for free, so I think it's great. Being able to scan barcodes, look at vitamin/mineral etc details for foods and plan out targets for each day are what I use it for. But there are recipes and exercise too.

This is one of the best calorie and macro tracking apps I’ve used. It’s easy to log meals, the food database is extensive, and tracking calories, protein, carbs, and fats is quick and accurate. The app has helped me stay consistent with my nutrition goals and made meal planning much easier. The interface is clean, user-friendly, and everything works smoothly. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their diet and stay on track with their fitness goals.

It is so helpful in making you aware of what the food you consume actually is composed of. IT helps you take responsibility for it. An aid for self control
