All the teachers and staff are very kind, friendly, and always helpful. I’m taking both speaking and grammar classes together, and time flies during the lessons. The teachers are excellent. There are fun events two or three times a month where students and teachers come together to have fun and learn at the same time. The absence of teacher diversity.
MyES language school offers innovative approaches in English language didactic. It has satisfied students as a result. However, I would recommend that they consider hiring teachers who are also in their 40s and 50s. They also offer a wealth of experience and knowledge that greatly benefits learners of all ages and backgrounds. The teachers I have witnessed when visiting this language school seem to be in their twenties and not older than mid thirties. It appears a younger staff is preferred.
Although I understand certain companies may have a scope and objective when hiring personnel, diversity is essential in scholastics and language learning; especially in this constant evolving world and society. Diversity makes the journey of learning more abundant, well rounded and richer experience.

We’d like to address a few points for clarity. Your comments seem to be based on a brief visit of around 20 minutes during a job interview, for which you arrived approximately 45 minutes late. Due to the limited time available, the meeting was necessarily shortened, and your impression of the school was based on a very small snapshot of our environment.
It’s also important to note that during that short visit, you saw only a tiny fraction of our teaching staff. My English School employs around 800 teachers across Italy and beyond, many of whom are in their 40s, 50s, and beyond. Our hiring practices are guided by merit, experience, and suitability for the role—not by age. We take pride in the diversity of our teams, and our commitment to inclusive hiring is outlined in our publicly available Diversity and Inclusion Policy: https://www.myes.school/it/diversity-inclusion-policy/.
While we welcome different perspectives, we believe it’s important that public reviews are based on a fuller understanding of the service or organization being evaluated. Just Amazing!
I’ve just had an incredible experience studying at MyES for almost a year, and I couldn’t be happier! The teachers are absolutely amazing, always friendly, supportive, and genuinely passionate about teaching. Every lesson was engaging, interactive, and perfectly balanced between fun and learning.
I want to thank those who gave me the opportunity to grow and improve. I’ve always dreamed of feeling so much more confident with my English, something I never thought would be possible! Throughout my journey, I’ve met wonderful people, and that made it remarkable.
This is just the beginning, I’ll keep pushing myself to improve my skills even further.

Adictiva. I wanted to improve my fluency, and I finally found what I needed here: real practice. The classes are fun, dynamic, and focused on conversation, which has helped me gain confidence and lose the fear of speaking. Thanks to this, I finally see the light!
They also adapt perfectly to my constantly changing work schedule, which is a huge plus for me. The whole team and all the students feel like one big family, making the learning experience even better.
