The teachers are well-prepared, young and very engaging. The lessons are dynamic and help you speak more by creating discussions and dialogues. This not only improves your grammar but also helps with pronunciation and fluency.
Top school!
MyES language school offers innovative approaches in English language didactic. It has satisfied students as a result. However, I would recommend that they consider hiring teachers who are also in their 40s and 50s. They also offer a wealth of experience and knowledge that greatly benefits learners of all ages and backgrounds. The teachers I have witnessed when visiting this language school seem to be in their twenties and not older than mid thirties. It appears a younger staff is preferred.
Although I understand certain companies may have a scope and objective when hiring personnel, diversity is essential in scholastics and language learning; especially in this constant evolving world and society. Diversity makes the journey of learning more abundant, well rounded and richer experience.

We’d like to address a few points for clarity. Your comments seem to be based on a brief visit of around 20 minutes during a job interview, for which you arrived approximately 45 minutes late. Due to the limited time available, the meeting was necessarily shortened, and your impression of the school was based on a very small snapshot of our environment.
It’s also important to note that during that short visit, you saw only a tiny fraction of our teaching staff. My English School employs around 800 teachers across Italy and beyond, many of whom are in their 40s, 50s, and beyond. Our hiring practices are guided by merit, experience, and suitability for the role—not by age.
