My Drop Shop 

Appalling company. Made the mistake of choosing Deliver to Shop via Look Fantatstic and no updates in over a week- only that parcel cleared by Customs. They clearly have no proper operational system in place and I have no feedback whatsoever on when I will receive my order which was a gift and is already over a week late.

I had to return a parcel with drop2shop. It was not easy to figure out how to return it. The tracking is stuck as in transit even though I have confirmation from the retailer that they have received the parcel. I have asked through the chat bot and through email for updates and why it was taking so long and have had no replies.

Very slow service. If it was a free service then maybe I could accept the length of time it takes this, but there is a fee associated with this service.
Next time I will just pay the postage and return directly.
Avoid!!!!

Worst service ever, will never ever use again, AVOID, my parcel is missing no reply to my e mails, worst customer service

Poor Service from this company. This is my first and last time using. Returning an item to Sport Direct. Label issued on the 7th of January. I left the package at Boots on the 9th. It wasn't collected by this service company until the 16th. Today is January 23 and according to the tracking it's still in transit. It seems the more computerized we become the less efficient we seem to be.

I have gone to 4 outlets in Drogheda
None of them working
Eventually after a massive struggle in Boots they took it but its day 4 and hasn't moved.
I dont know why retailers use this outfit. They are not fit for purpose

Paid $75 for fitness equipment from My Drop Shop. Received children's toys instead. Contacted support 8 times over 2 months - no real help. They kept saying "refund processing" but never paid. Website has no physical address, just a contact form that goes unanswered. Their products look nothing like photos. Total ripoff operation.

3.5 weeks to return a parcel!!! Madness. Would never recommend.

My order from look fantastic said it’s was to be delivered on 1st dec and 7 days later it still hasn’t been delivered to boots. Emailed drop2shop and was told “boots have a delivery on Wednesday HOPEFULLY your order is delivered then”

I had a lost parcel that was due in boots from lookfantastic via drop2shop. Nicole from Drop2Shop customer service was extremely helpful, located my parcel and organised for it to be delivered directly to my door. Greatly appreciate Nicole!

No update on package since the 6th Nov, was shipped the 31st, now the 13th and still nothing

Returned 2 parcels to Zara, Zara issued return labels!
Rubbish service certainly for the west of Ireland, nearly 3 weeks since parcels were sent and still not at the retailer!
Zara equally bad on line, ordering is simple but neither company have a phone number, or a face or voice, shocking shocking service!

This is the worst company I have ever used for returns. I have an expensive package sent back to Monsoon but I fear it will never get there. I just doesn’t seem be moving at all. I am so sorry I picked this service.

Parcel never arrived at shop despite receiving email from them saying it was ready for collection. Tracking not reliable. First and last time using this service.

Has to be a joke or a scam company!
Bought a Tom Ford foundation from Look Fantastic - it was sent out all bashed up, and in a totally different shade to what i ordered.
Sent back via “Drop to Shop” on September 2nd and now, here we are.
Sep 17th and still not delivered a small bottle of foundation.
What is going on? Absolutely ridiculous in this day & age, that you’d be quicker crawling your way, clutching your return to it’s destination, than using this crowd.
AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Parcel is "on the way" since 17th of JUNE Ireland to UK and my parcel today still is God knows only where. It had chilled in shop for nearly 2 weeks before it was even picked up

So slow to return, takes at least 3 weeks. Have used 3 separate times and each time the same.

Terrible. Lost my return parcel and offered me 50 euro in compensation. I am out by 150 euro. Do not use unless you are prepared to lose money.

Slowest company to return items. Dont bother

It’s shocking waiting a month now and nothing., I kept the tracking number , pictures etc and it’s like they left the planet so I’m out of pocket of €152 which is a lot for a person with disabilities or for anyone these days . Do not use this company.
