Great customer service !!! contact mydeposits now and again for help and each time the operators are so helpful it makes a refreshing change to my day!! they are not only understanding but extremely polite and professional and never put me on hold because they don't know the answer. mydeposit scheme is easy to use once you get the help to show you around.

The customer service I received was second to none. Benjamin was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He understood my issue immediately and resolved it quickly. He guided me through the entire process from start to finish, staying on the phone to ensure everything was completed and to confirm that my issue had been fully resolved.

I called for clearification on steps to follow and Claire-Louise support today was helpful. Explained things they way i understood them better. Happy i did get such assistance from her.

I spoke with Nic today regarding a deposit which is held by my estate agent. My agent had given me totally inaccurate information and Nic was able to guide me through my next steps to resolve my problem. Their system removed timestamps from my evidence, then tells me I'm liable because my evidence did not have timestamps.
While the landlord uploaded a screenshot of a random piece of furniture that looked nothing like the existing one and got a free 50% payout.
When challenged, they had no interest, even though they said factual errors can be challenged.
They also removed their business on Google Maps to hide all the 1 star reviews they had.
Absolute disgrace. I would stand in front of a judge all day to present all my evidence, but the system makes it impossible for individuals to get any form of justice. They know this and take advantage of it.
