I'm shocked. They, as alrdy mentioned by others, immitate government website and charge for arrival card!
I have applied for refund..
I don't know if I get it .
No phone or address is mentioned on the website. I want to make a complaint to authorities in KL.

This is fraudulous site!
This site imitates the official Malaysia Arrival Card site, but instead charges you for the service and makes this a recurring charge.

I recently used MyDAC-Arrival.com to apply for a Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC), and my experience was deeply disappointing. The website misled me into paying $94 per application for services that are available for free on the official Malaysian government website. Here are the key issues I faced:
1. False advertising:
They claimed to offer "Verification/Validation by Experts," but no such validation occurred. The document I received contained glaring errors, such as an incorrect email address and phone number.
Their comparison table suggested unique advantages over the government service, such as a "Simplified Process" and "Expert Review." In reality, the process was identical to the free government application.
2. Unjustified charges:
They charged $94 per application, promising "urgent processing." However, there was no evidence of expedited service. The same document could have been obtained for free directly through the government site.
3. Partial refund and refusal to fully refund:
After raising my concerns, they refunded $59 per application but refused to refund the remaining $35 per application, citing "processing fees." This charge was baseless and unjustified.
4. Lack of professionalism:
The document they provided used a free email domain (bluewebmail.com), which raises questions about their credibility and professionalism.
This website exploits travelers who are unaware of the free and official government service. I feel scammed and urge others to avoid using MyDAC-Arrival.com. If you need an MDAC, apply directly through the Malaysian government’s website at no cost.
The domain was created recently (October 28, 2024) and is only 77 days old. This short history suggests it might be a fly-by-night operation designed to deceive customers quickly before disappearing. The Registrant and Admin Details are hidden under "Privacy Redacted," making it difficult to identify the actual owner. This is common for scam websites attempting to avoid accountability.
