Fantastic service when you can’t get an appointment for months at the dentist but you know you’ve got an abscess that is keeping you awake at night . Have recommended you to several people that have had the same problem getting appointments.yes you do pay over the top but when you’re desperate and in pain ! Thank you for a great service 5*****

Ordered from here on Boxing Day, money has been taken from my account, email confirmation of invoice, never got my tablets or any more email correspondence. Awful company, taken £30 with no product.

I had a fantastic experience with My Chemist Plus. I have a tooth abscess (horrible) and ordered Amoxicillin online from My Chemist Plus (at a cost of £50). The date was 28 December, so I didn’t get my hopes up for next day delivery. I was completely amazed and very grateful that the antibiotics were delivered by FedEx at around 12 noon today, the 29 December. So I am extremely impressed with the service from My Chemist Plus. (PS: my profile says Romania, but I have subsequently returned to the UK and am living in the West Midlands).

I needed antibiotics real quick for an abcess . Tried other companies no joy as i dont have 144 pounds for a travel pack.(not travelling i have a abcess) i asked google who mentioned loads so i saw these guys and thought gotta try. I had problems with the web site at 640 pm so emailed asking for help . The reply was straight away they tried every thing to get me on the site to place my order with no luck so they asked me for my number and said will call you in the morning and take your order over the phone. AND they did call. The lady was lovely helpful understanding and professional as was the person emailing me.935 am yesterday i ordered antibiotics and thought they will be a while as im in the scottish borders.arrived today 10.30 am. Just what i needed..i have a high pain threshold but an abcess makes me grumpy and miserable so happy chemist plus was able to help.i really appreciate your time and effort to help me. thank you people you stars xx

I ordered some much needed antibiotics as I couldn't get a doctor or dentist appointment for 3 weeks and I was in a lot of pain from a gum abscess. I filled in the consultation details and received a reply almost immediately that it was being reviewed by the Doctor. This was then approved and I was told I would soon receive Tracking information from Royal Mail. After a few hours I hadn't received this. I then contacted them and received a reply almost immediately that Royal Mail issue tracking numbers. The gentleman was kind and polite in his response as I had told him I was worried. True to his word I received my tracking order and received my order at noon today. First class service from beginning to end and could not be more thankful. Would not hesitate to use again if necessary and to recommend this company to anyone. Thank You!

Short online consultation for tooth issue yesterday and was recommended Metronidazole. Purchased and recieved today at 09:30. Very pleased with the service and delivery speed. The prices seem to be higher than some other sites that offer the same, however I would use this site again as the checkout was easy and the delivery speed was great.

Took my money for an order...never communicated that it was out of stock. I had to speak to there live chat team to find that out and still waiting on it being refunded. Surely no payment should be processed till all items are confirmed to be in stock

This is the 1st time I have used my chemist plus ,and can not fault them, arrived by 12.30 next day . Don’t understand bad reviews but would 100% use again and would recommend them to everyone 5 star

Took 5 days to arrive.
Very expensive, but does the job..

Had a painful abcess come up under a tooth. No dentist or doctors appointments to be had for ages. Had an online consultation, and voila, antibiotics the next morning.
Pain has gone. Still waiting on the dentist though.

My order was cancelled and refunded with no explanation as to why

Prompt processing of order and fast delivery.
Would use again and recommend to others.

Not cheap but do what they say so in that respect they cannot be faulted
