I placed an order over a week ago that I’ve not received, e mails aren’t replied to, the phone isn’t answered or disconnected and the WhatsApp number doesn’t work.. I log on to what I’m “ told” is my account and it says no order.. currently thinking this may be a scam and will report to my bank

Very polite and helps over the phone as i havent received my order #1066 which is 2x CBD instant coffee so i phone the company up and they explained ehy my order has been delayed and they said soon as they get the order in they will send it to me straight away so hopefully i will recieve my order soon with any luck as ive not recieved it yet but im very happy with the service and the polite conversation over the phone with the staff and very helpful staff aswell

Really good quality products and very good prices and my order came very quickly ( within 48 hours) and well packaged, the only drawback was I had no reply to my query about how long shipping would be as I was placing my first order and I could not find any information about that and it would have been reassuring to have known. First used mycbd when a friend got me a bottle fir my cat, i saw how it improved my cats mobility and anxiety and got some for myself, it has helped my arthritis fibromyalgia anxiety and surprisingly my eczema has disappeared!!
