Really bad experience
My negative review keeps getting removed - strange - so here it goes again. I approached mybuch to complete an order of magazines, they assured they could communicate in English. After a month of communication, all of a sudden - zero responses to emails, rude attitude when calling, and a refusal to communicate in English. They delivered my final order late and in the incorrect paper! After i had paid an additional 500 euros for a natural fine art paper. There was no apology and then to to top it off, they tell me I should just accept the product in super poor paper quality as to be 'environmentally responsible'! What a way to try get out of responsibility. We paid for a 'data check' - don't pay for this, they do absolutely nothing and our margins were off, which usually other print houses in other countries help one with.
My last review was answered by someone who claimed the communication was always good (very infuriating to claim that, I can prove otherwise) and that I never paid for data check (which again I have proof of). I have never experienced so much unprofessionalism and rudeness from a company before.
