Bluefin overpriced scam
I have had a Bluefin for a few years now and it was ok but I had an ECU failure so got a new ECU fitted to my car got home and plugged my bluefin in to remap my new ECU but it won't work with it contacted customer support they now want £35 to reset the device and the full £285 for a new remap I am so annoyed I don't understand why anyone would even get this device if you can't even reflash your own car more than once surly the idea of the device is as a backup for if anything like this happens I wouldn't even mind paying an amount for a reset and administration fee but the full fat price of the remap all over again is a bit harsh, as well as that talking to customer support if you take your car back to the main dealers and they update your ECU it will also delete your MAP and you will have to pay again, I am totally disgusted with the customer support of this company and will not be using them again and I warn anyone else to steer clear of them
