They have such a good prices, that i doubted earlier if they are genuine. But finally i received my order, that too very fast in a just couple of days.

The package arrived at time and i also choose the option to pay when i receive the delivery which was a really cool option.

The product came well packed and safe. It justifies the price and it's working great for my hair.

Ordered a 200ml perfume but received a 125ml bottle instead. Seller guaranteed a refund but I had to pay for the return postage. Never received a refund neither for the perfume nor for the shipping costs.

I wrote you approx. 20 e-mails asking for a refund and you never refunded. I won´t reply to you on your mobile phone number because I don´t want you to have mine. Additionally I don´t want so support ypur efforts to keep this matter out of public. The return package was countersigned by yourself (Francesco Annunziata) on February 21st 2023 at 11:52 o'clock. Order value was € 48,47 and the return postage was € 13,99 so in total € 62,77. Your order no. was NBYFYJCA.

Update 30.10.2023 after admitting that you made a mistake and offering a refund on October 17th, no bank transfer was received until today. So I´ll have to file a claim in court.

Montale Intense Tiaré is a great perfume, kind of sweet (not everyone’s taste), yet flowery and sensual, carrying the spirit of a Caribbean vacation into your daily life.

I very much accept buying generic perfumes (as I buy generic drugs/pharmaceuticals) if they are clearly declared as such and being offered at a reasonably lower price. Despite the representative’s claim in at least one of his responses to previous 1-star ratings that all sold perfumes are originals, the Montale Intense Tiaré perfume did not match the characteristics of the original, neither in fragrance nor packaging. The fragrance was not even close to the original (kind of diluted) and lasted only for minutes. Although the packaging and bottle looked almost identical to the genuine perfume, they did not carry any serial number, and – at closer inspection - featured all of the attributes of currently circulating counterfeit Montale perfumes (see e.g., youtube.com yl-snICri4k). A direct comparison with an original Montale perfume in a perfume shop led to the same conclusion. An e-mail reclamation request remained unanswered. However, the purchase price was refunded after having returned the perfume by mail.

Result: a ruined birthday, extra time and work spent for unanswered emails and multiple review edits, and extra money spent for returning the non-genuine perfume by mail, but a lesson learned: if you want to buy a genuine perfume, first check the reviews of a seller and only buy from a certified reseller.

Addendum: To no surprise, within a few hours after its publication, a more explicit version of this review was signaled by MyBeautySelf as featuring "contenuti nocivi o illegali." Instead of proving me wrong (I am happy to accept that), e.g., with a comment that withstands proof, they chose to silence this review (for the third time). Isn't that telling?

I recommend double checking item authenticity with the store before ordering. Apart from that, seller took full responsibility and offered a full refund, no questions asked.

I wrote two times last month to Mybeautyself because the product look weird (different to another amouage'parfums that I have) and they dont reply anything.... They take your money but not the responsability as a seller
