Bought a spin baby car seat from Argos
Bought a spin baby car seat from Argos. When I tried to exchange through Argos was told we had to go through my babiie customer support even with help from staff at Argos it was hard to find a telephone number to call them. Everything is via e mail. Which is a bit of a nuisance. However once I made contact with customer service , mybabiie was really helpful and quick to get back in contact and there was no hassle in getting a replacement. We were really happy with mybabiie and we would recommend to anyone

Excellent customer service
Evri messed up the delivery when I ordered a travel cot from Amazon. I contacted My Babiie and ordered direct from them instead. They responded quickly and organised a refund. Delivery from them was quick with no issues. Great products, prices and excellent customer service.

Awful cots- awful return costs
Awful cots. Mattresses have no padding whatsoever. Just can feel the boarding through under the material.
Have requested to send them back and have been advised to send two unused items back it will cost me £20 per cot. So to return two unused items that in my opinion do not meet the latest DofE safer sleep 2026 recommendations, will cost me £40. It’s appalling.

We're sorry to hear that the travel cots weren't to your liking. Our travel cots are rigorously tested and designed to meet the relevant safety requirements, including compliance with EN716-1:2017 and EN16890:2017, and are designed to provide a safe sleeping environment for little ones.
We'd also like to clarify the return costs mentioned in your review. It would not be £20 per cot if both items are returned together as part of the same collection. The £20 collection fee would cover both items, provided the return is arranged together. If one item has already been returned and a separate collection is later requested for the second, an additional collection fee would apply.
We also offer multiple return options. Our DPD collection service is £20, which reflects the cost to us of arranging the collection, or customers can use our £10 DPD drop-off service. Alternatively, you're welcome to arrange the return using your own courier.

Definitely recommend!!
At first I was skeptical about buying this type of product as I’ve always had the big bulky highchair for my older kids however, I was pleasantly surprised with how beautiful this product is. I would say it’s sturdy, folds up and down with such ease as looks so pretty at the same time. It has all the comforts a baby needs to eat and play. I would definitely recommend new mums to invest as it save so much space and has a lovely price tag. Delivered in 2 days as well!! Very pleased.

Colours don't match pictures
Not happy really spent good money on a pram that is described as blue and looks a bright blue in the pictures but after seeing it in person its just grey very annoying as its expensive and the main reason we bought it was because it was blue

I was struggling to get a response from evri regarding my delivery, after numerous emails I reached out to my babii to ask for their assistance with tracking down my parcel. I had been waiting for stock on the forest green car seat
I had been waiting for stock on a particular car seat for my daughter for months and when I noticed it was back in stock I jumped at it but in my heist I bought the one without isofix and only realised when it was delivered. I reached out to customer service and my initial response from Katy was to have it returned would cost me £20, when I questioned if this was true it took 3 days for a response, which was not from her but from Mike. Upon him replying to my initial email Mike was quick to get back to me and to clarify my queries and when I was able to advise him I purchased the correct car seat he was nice enough to honor the collection charge fee for the return and also arrange it at a more convenient address due to our shift pattern as we wouldn’t be at home. We have now received the correct car seats and my daughter loves them. Thank you

Absolute joke of a company. Our pram was damaged and when we contacted them they said they would send a replacement. It's been over 5 weeks without a pram now and they lie saying the courier has not sent it. Do not use these liars

MBX7 Plus Auto-Fold Compact Stroller - Forest Green
This is my second time now purchasing products from mybabiie and the service has always been excellent with fast shipping! The MBX7 Plus Auto-Fold Compact Stroller - Forest Green is beautiful and such a gorgeous colour.
