Amazing friendly team at MYA they made me feel welcome from the first telephone call. Harley Health Village was amazing and took great care. My surgeon explained everything that would be happening and guided me to what I needed. Jo and Sible at the London clinic really looked after me.

My appointment was at the Alderley Edge site with Dr Samouris on 24/08 and was highly frustrating.
The clinic was running late so my appointment was an hour behind, I can understand that. However, when meeting Dr Samouris, he greeted me yet continued to text on his phone for 2/3 minutes whilst I sat there in silence.

His recommendation was for a breast uplift, yet didn’t talk through the risks or disadvantages of this.
For example, From other consultations I had previously had, I knew that a “dog ear” could happen and is a risk but Dr Samouris didn’t mention it. I raised it and got sort of “ah yes” response which I found not very informative.
Overall I left the consultation very deflated. It felt rushed, I felt like I was just another number to MYA and that Dr Samouris really couldn’t be bothered being there on a bank holiday weekend.

Appreciate that I cannot comment on the actual surgery taking place, however there is absolutely no way I would be willing to pay nearly £9k and literally put my life in their hands based on this consultation by going ahead and booking surgery.

I was so nervous before I came and honestly I couldn’t feel better when I left honestly I feel so much better after talking to you guys I couldn’t appreciate it more thanks guys !!!

I decided to go with MYA for my breast augmentation after careful consideration and couldn’t be happier. The best decision to say the least. My breasts have always been an insecuritie for me.
MYA have kept me fully informed, comfortable and advised at all times I’m so grateful. I’m currently nearly 2 weeks post op writing this and I cannot thank the team at Harley Health Village Hospital, my surgeon Mr Mileto and at MYA enough from my first convo with Hannah, then Julie who I was able to contact when ever all the way till surgery day and then Joanna who has be looking after me post op, you’ve made my dreams come true and I felt fully involved throughout the whole process. Started the process with MYA in June and it has been amazing since the off. i’m now 2 days post op breast aug and uplift, Ash at the manchester clinic has been looking after me and i cannot fault her she has been so supportive and informative. she’s made sure everything’s organised and im happy with everything and went out of her way to make sure i had my op done on a specific date. i HIGHLY recommend Dr Log Murugesan he was incredible with me start to finish, he was so thorough, patient, informative, caring, compassionate i honestly couldn’t have asked for better. he came to visit me twice after surgery (in the hospital i stayed over night) he was so respectful and helped me with things most surgeons wouldn’t. he explained everything start to finish, he took his time with everything and never made me feel rushed. the staff at first trust were also really lovely and took great care of me. i would highly recommend the manchester clinic and Dr Log Murugesan, you won’t regret it! i can’t wait to see how i look healed but i already look amazing.

I cannot fault the process so far. I have spoken to Bethany and Julie and they were both so so friendly and informative. I felt as though I was speaking to a friend both times. Julie was super knowledgable and gave lots of pointers and really made me feel at ease.

My breasts have always been an insecure spot for me so for my fantastic surgeon Mr log to not only keep me fully informed but comfortable and advised at all times I’m so grateful. Since my first initial call with Peaches in May everything has been a breeze! From consultations, surgery and pre and post op appointments! I had a breast reduction and mastopexy and it took me years to find the right company and surgeon to use, Dr Samouris has done a great job and on the day of my surgery he made me feel at ease and everyone at Harley health village was so kind. My post ops were with Sibel and Joanna and they too were really kind and reassuring.

From the first phone call to the aftercare…. Hands down the only place I would trust with me!!

The whole team have been fantastic and made my journey easy and relaxing. I can highly recommend Mya. My surgeon and Nurse have both been absolutely wonderful

The aftercare I have received has been exceptional, my Nurse Rachel has been the best and nothing has been to much trouble. She has made me feel comfortable and at ease at every appointment.

As a guy going through cosmetic surgery, it was very daunting to begin with when going around getting quotes for the tummy tuck surgery.

However, the people at MYA made it seem very normal, put me at ease even from the first initial phone consultation with Laura, and was so welcoming every time I went to the clinic. After meeting Mr Giannas and the MYA team in the London clinic, I walked out feeling this is the right place to go.

Everything has been so smooth, from the pre-op appointments, the surgery itself and the post-op care, could not fault anything with them. I had Joanna as my nurse and she is genuinely so lovely, answered any questions I had and was really informative on what stage of the healing I was at, what I need to do to help progress

The surgery was 6 weeks ago, and the results are crazy. Definitely got my mojo back and this was the best thing I have ever done! Would highly recommend to anyone

While I’m pleased with the results of my procedure and the care I received on the day of surgery, My surgeon, Mr Giannas, was very thorough and professional I felt I was in safe hands from the moment I met him. He came to see me before and after the procedure, which really helped to put me at ease. I feel it’s important to share the challenges I faced leading up to it mostly around communication and organisation.

From the very first phone call, I felt pushed to commit quickly, with a £500 “discount” used as pressure to book. Let’s be honest – we both know that discount is more of a marketing tactic than a real offer.

I live in Pembrokeshire, so I carefully arranged my consultation and nurse appointments around work and travel to London. But that quickly went out the window. I was then told my surgeon would only be available in Essex – not London – despite me already booking trains and accommodation. Then my nurse appointment was moved to another date without anyone checking with me first. It was incredibly frustrating, especially as I’d already planned everything around their original schedule. I called straight away and, thankfully, they changed it back – but the damage was done.

The Essex trip was a nightmare. I got lost, the clinic wasn’t near the train station like I’d expected, so I had to fork out for Ubers both ways. That day cost me around £100 extra, and I arrived over two hours late for my surgeon consult. I just about made it home and got the operation date sorted – only to then be told I’d need an emergency echocardiogram, adding even more pressure close to the op date.

The surgery itself went well. The nurses were lovely and looked after me, and I received follow-up calls from the MYA nurses, which was reassuring. However, the issues didn’t stop there.

I had booked a Sunday post-op appointment with the nurse in London for 3pm. That timing was on me, as I thought I could manage it with train times – but I couldn’t. So I ended up travelling to London on Saturday evening instead, booking an expensive hotel stay and taking my mum with me, who is slightly disabled and needed to assist me.

Halfway through the horrendous journey, I received a phone call saying the nurse was unwell and the Sunday appointment was cancelled. I was already feeling unwell from the journey, so to hear that – after asking in advance if I could change to an earlier appointment and being told no – was beyond frustrating. I was then offered a Monday morning slot, which meant we had to stay two nights instead of one. If I’d been given that Monday option in the first place, I could’ve avoided a wasted journey and a costly hotel stay.

All in all, I find MYA’s communication extremely poor. For a company handling patients going through life-changing surgeries – many of whom, like me, are travelling long distances – the constant changes, lack of notice, and last-minute cancellations cause unnecessary stress and expense. You need to seriously improve how you handle scheduling and communication. Patients deserve better.

Everyone who I met at MYA was friendly, professional and so lovely. They made the whole journey stress free. The communication, care and aftercare were all brilliant.
I would highly recommend.

Had my consultation today with mya and everyone was so lovely and informative! A lady called Laura went through everything with me and made me feel so comfortable and reassured. I honestly recommend going with mya if your thinking about getting cosmetic surgery

My initial experience with MYA has been very positive. Communication has been consistent, and the staff I’ve interacted with have been extremely friendly and helpful. I truly cannot fault the service provided by the team so far.

However, I was disappointed with my consultation with Mr. Samouris. Unfortunately, I found the consultation to be impersonal and somewhat rushed. Unlike other consultations I’ve had, there was no physical examination or measurements taken, and the overall interaction felt disengaged. In previous experiences with other surgeons, I felt acknowledged as an individual — the consultations were thorough, lasted around 30 minutes, and involved clear interest in my goals and needs.

In contrast, this consultation lasted approximately 10 minutes, and the level of professionalism fell short of my expectations. Basic gestures such as a warm greeting or a handshake, which I’ve experienced elsewhere, were noticeably absent. This left me feeling like just a number rather than a valued potential patient.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I no longer feel confident in proceeding with MYA. While the team has been wonderful, the consultation did not reflect the standard of care I’m seeking.

I have today my 6 weeks apoiment with Rachel (Nurse) and she was so nice like always, explain me everything I need to now from now on what I can do what I can't do, show me the pictures (before and after) with my breasts. All the time when I have an apoiment she is so nice she is on time all the time.
At MYA you will meet just nice people, all the team is really nice and kind from the receptionist to the doctors. I really rocommend😍. They are the best
