Overall a great experience for low cost!
The process of ordering a canvas was very easy and the customisation options were good. I was concerned that the quality would not be great considering how inexpensive it was. I was also concerned that the image may end up blurry or pixelated due to the size of the canvas. But it exceeded my expectations. It did seem to take a few days for tracking to update after it was passed to Yodels hands. Maybe offer an expressive service with DPD for those who want to receive their order quicker? Overall I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience.

The quality of stand and delivery
The quality of the photographs is excellent but every time you lift the frame the stand falls out. Delivery was also slow with your courier and left without knocking the door

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. I ordered a canvas print as a gift for a friend. Two week later it still has not arrived. When you contact customer service you are fobbed off and told your order is in transit and they can't help. Delivery date is the responsibility of yodel.

Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service, my order still has not bern dispatched or made, you cannot get thru to anyone on the phone, answer and dont say anything. Everything is AI generated- on the contact us anytime and email- so no idea when I will get my products, will be reporting it to my bank as fraud and request my money back. You should be able to talk or communicate with a human being when there are issues on your order!!
