Excellent Professional Service - Adding Son to Property Title
I am delighted to share my experience with MWQ Estate Planning for adding our son's name to a property jointly owned by my spouse and me. The entire process, which began in February 2025, has been handled with exceptional professionalism and care.
From the outset, the team made what could have been a daunting legal process remarkably straightforward. Every step was clearly explained, from choosing between joint tenants and tenants in common ownership to understanding the Land Registry submission process.
What particularly impressed me was the transparency throughout - we were kept informed at every stage, with realistic expectations set about timescales (acknowledging that Land Registry applications currently take over a year). The communication was always prompt, professional, and reassuring.
I would especially like to commend Shams Addow for the outstanding support throughout this journey. Their expertise, patience in answering our questions, and genuine care for ensuring we understood every aspect of the process made all the difference.
Now that the registration has been completed successfully, we have complete confidence in the legal standing of our property ownership arrangements.
