Didn’t get home delivery for a heavy parcel
Although I was at home the parcel was taken to a local pick up point. The package was heavy so struggled to take home. That is why I wanted it delivered. Otherwise the tracking process was good and the call centre helpful.

According to courier tracking history, they tried to deliver your parcel, however there is a note from 22nd of August saying that parcel could not be delivered as the consignee was absent. That is the reason they delivered to parcel shop.
We hope the parcel was not too heave to carry and hope you will enjoy your new chair!

Everything was very good, including the packaging. But I bought the wrong model, I realised later that the colour options were model variant selection. I will buy again when the HD-681 model I really want is in stock.
