Rock steady support
When my iLok stopped working, I found the recovery process very complex and expensive. MusicOnMyPC were sympathetic and helpful, and sent me a replacement immediately. If they could have transferred my registrations to the new dongle I know they would have done so, but sadly that job has to be done in the USA.

Very helpful professional friendly people and brilliant product at amazing price.
I am not at all computer literate and so learning to use Sibelius 7 will be an exciting challenge.
For the first part I know that I can trust Music on my PC to assist me with any confusing issues, with wonderful gentle patience and good humour.
I have highly recommended to my friends and will continue to do so.
Should I need any new music software in the future, Music on My PC will be the first place I enquire.

A friendly, efficient, professional company to deal with
I bought a Samson USB Mic many years ago when it was first launched and due to some new broadcast work I am carrying out I needed a table mic stand for it. I looked on the internet and came across Music On My PC who were advertising exactly what I wanted at a price much cheaper than I expected to pay. I ordered it and it arrived but there was a part missing to allow me to connect the mic to the stand. I called the company and they found a spare part and sent it to me free of charge, it arrived the next day. Service such as this always surprises and delights me. Music On My PC will be my first port of call and my recommendation if I need similar products in the future.

I have never shopped on-line before - and I have to say I was not keen on the idea.
But the product I wanted was not available in the local shops - so I bit the bullet.
I coped with the ordering and paying process - I was unable to get to grips with the delivery tracking system (being a bit of a non-teckie) and you do have to be in for the delivery - to sign for it. But the product arrived within 48hrs and as I work part time - as long as I am careful about exactly when to place an order - this would not be a problem for me. The product arrived in good condition and I managed to install it without any problems. All in all - it went rather well - if I do say so myself.
I would use this company again

Prompt and helpful.
The goods (BIAB2013) arrived promptly.
I tried to install on the Friday evening and found the DVD unreadable, so mailed them. Received a reply Saturday and clarified details.
They refered the problem to, presumably, their distributor, who after again checking the details sent a replacement DVD, which installed fine.

Great service and a very knowledgeable salesperson.
This was my first time dealing with 'Music on my PC' and what a pleasure it was! The salesperson that I spoke to (Jane), was simply delightful and really couldn't have been more helpful answering all of my questions in terms that even I was able to understand. The goods that I had ordered arrived the following day and I was astonished that within 24 hours of my placing my order the goods had been delivered to my entire satisfaction via ParcelForce. Would I use 'Music on my PC' again? Absolutely I would and without any hesitation at all! How refreshing it was to speak to somebody who, very clearly, knew EXACTLY what they were talking about! Well done and congratulations 'Music on my PC'! There are many companies that could learn a lot from you!
