Fair price and quick payment
Dropped my phone off at Timpson and the money was in my account within 15 minutes. They are the only one of these types of traders I will use. I’ve had money knocked off for no reason with others and another just didn’t respond despite my phone being with them. Would recommend music magpie though.

Royal Mail delivered my item on Monday…
Royal Mail delivered my item on Monday special delivery and had no response from music magpie to confirm receipt or when I will receive payment. No telephone number to call and the support email is slow in coming back to you only to say you must have used a different courier than the label you sent us which is not the case. Tracking my parcel with Royal Mail confirms all delivered and signed for by music magpie , still in limbo and don’t know what is happening

Awful service. Evri (who are the worst delivery service) stole my package worth over £40 and music magpie said it can't refund me. Rip off merchants.

Dreadful Customer Service
Bought two items and only three arrived. Advised them and questioned where it was. Still waiting for a response from them, when I contact them to enquire further they just say your query has been updated and do not respond further. Second time in six weeks they have not delivered an item. It is obvious they are advertising items for sale which are not in stock but still taking the money for.

Selling my phone through the website…
Selling my phone through the website which was easy, you are asked about the condition and mine was immaculate as it has had a glass screen protector and armour case since brand new. Then it is valued to the condition which was £75. Took a week for them to receive it , then receive an email that it is worth £7.50 because the microphone sounds a little off. It recorded and played sound perfectly before sent as I recorded bird sounds and played back was crystal clear. I believe this company just wants your product as cheap as possible. They are a waste of time and will never use them again
