Bad experience !!
Bad experience because the seats that I have reserved and payed didn’t correspond to the real tickets given us at the theater before the show.
My daughter and I were in the last block with any view! The staff of the theater told me that “Music& Opéra” isn’t an official seller and that we paid a seat but it isn’t sure the disponibility and only when we take the tickets some hours before the show we really know if they are the same that we have choosen! Very very bad experience!

The Philharmonie Paris performance was outstanding. The conductor and the violin soloist wonderful to hear and experience. The acoustics were amazing; from the Balcony, I could hear perfectly.

Superb performance of very tuneful but dramatic opera.
This opera Lucrezia Borgia at the Maggio Musicale Firenze was one of the best I've ever been to, thanks to a superb soprano Jessica Pratt in the title role, excellent conducting, orchestral playing and chorus and effective if sometimes unconventional sets.
The opera house is modern and the seats comfortable and well tiered to be able to see the stage clearly over the heads of the people in the rows in front.
The company Music and Opera got me a very good seat in the centre of the stalls. I had used them because I couldn't get the opera house's own website to work.

Opera's performances were outstanding
Opera's performances were outstanding, despite the poor staging. Singers and Orchestra delivered deep emotional experiences.
The Montbijou Hotel stay did not reach the usual level, there is a decline in overall services.

this was one of the unpleasant experiences of the overall nice program
The fact that we had to stay at the point of the pickup by the bus for almost 2 hours after midnight, with no place to sit down and no contact # to call for the bus---really BAD experience. Got back to the hotel at 03:00 in the middle of the sleepless night, exhausted and not even dry from the rain. Sleepless night, next day was wasted, too, because of fatique and sleep deprivation.

Thank you very much for your detailed feedback on your Aix-en-Provence Tour. I am truly sorry to hear that your experience on Sunday, July 20th in Orange was so uncomfortable. Unfortunatly, because of the rain, the performance in the Anthique Theater ended a little earlier. Waiting outside for nearly two hours after the performance, with no place to sit or shelter, is understandably frustrating, and I completely understand your disappointment.
I would like to clarify that the return shuttle was organized directly by the Aix Festival and not by our team. And it was the first year that they had made this performance in Orange. We will make sure to pass on your comments to the Aix Festival so they are aware of the difficulties encountered by attendees and can improve their logistics for future events.
We do hope that you were able to enjoy the rest of your trip. I would be very interested to hear your thoughts on:
the chosen hotel in Aix,
the guided tour and lunch organized,
as well as the performances you attended.
Your feedback is extremely always valuable and helps us continue to offer high-quality and well-balanced programs.

Hammer is awakening show!
We watched Hammer 🔨 and to be honest it was the best contemporary dance performance we ever watched.
I would like to congratulate Alexander Ekman and the Gothenburg Opera Dance Company (GöteborgsOperans Danskompani) for their great show.
In a great theatre 🎭 “an awakening show” and for sure it’s a “must to see”!

I booked tickets for a performance at…
I booked tickets for a performance at Teatro San Carlo in Naples. The performance was cancelled due to a football match on the same day. I opted for a refund since I could not make the two alternative dates. Music and Opera have the cheek to charge €12 for (slowly) making a refund. I will book direct next time.

Sorry for the delay, but we have refunded all our clients further to this cancellation although Naples opera house did not refunded us yet. The small fees charged is just covers banking and booking fees that are not refunded unfortunatly.

It was very easy to pick up my tickets. The Bach Easter Oratorio was beautiful, and the translation of words from German to French on a screen above the stage was very helpful. The intermissions were well spaced. It was a perfect event.
