dual action pulley…AMAZING
The Muscle Squad dual action pulley cable machine….
Is literally the best piece of kit I have ever bought. No question.
I can now train my entire body from my garage and have cancelled my gym membership.
My strength and muscle have increased dramatically just from using this regularly rather than trying to do everything at home using just dumbell weights, or having to wait at the gym for it to become available to use, and then feeling rushed as someone was waiting.
I can do hip thrusts, squads, RDLs, ab crunches, leg raises and every single upper body exercise you can think of.
I can’t recommend it enough. Phenomenal.
Plus the customer service was excellent and installation took them less than 2 hours. Great company.

Brilliant equipment/fantastic service
I contacted Musclesquad due to the incompetence of another brand. As soon as a contacted them, the service was absolutely first class. I have worked in the industry for 20 years and the equipment is brilliant quaility. I have the phase 4 rack and the cable systems are fantastic, the build is brilliant, the only thing I would say is the attachments of the seated row and lat pulldown are very big and heavy, i would also say the storage poles for the barbells are in a very awkward position, but I would 100% recommend them

Excellent piece of equipment!!! I was fed up of waiting around in the gym to use certain equipment so I decided to convert my garage into a home gym instead. So I shopped around for a functional trainer and smith machine, when I stumbled upon Muscle Squad, which had a cracking one on offer (Black Friday). Read the reviews on Muscle Squad, reviews were all positive, so made the purchase. As I said above, it’s an excellent machine, which covers all my weight workouts!! Definitely takes two adults to put it together, big clear manual comes with it. Would highly recommended anyone to shop at Muscle Squad!! Five stars 🌟

I have built up set of hex dumbbells…
I have built up set of hex dumbbells and purchased from several different companies over the years. The dumbells from muscle squad , three pairs in all , are a reasonable price by comparison and the quality of the finish (Rubber coating) is excellent compared to their competition that looks like they've been dipped in tar. Excellent product/ delivery.

Dumbbells.
I previously purchased 6 pairs of the discontinued round dumbbells. They are well balanced, with good grip and have lasted well. Purchased a pair of hex dumbbells which seem to be of the same high quality.

Now I've had the kit a good few weeks I can honestly say what great stuff! Amazing kit and amazing customer service! There was a little rust patch on my olympic bar and they sorted it out now messing about! Great company and will buy all my kit from them!
