Did not receive my order
Did not receive my order, did not receive my money yet. Money deducted by bank but your company asking for some authorisation number. Before I could get it, order cancelled by M&S.

In the end everything worked out okay
In the end everything worked out okay. The ordering was a little confusing it is even hard to explain why. I do think that m&s will be my go-to from now on as when finally worked out everything's good. I look forward to giving them a five-star rating. In the meantime the way the ordering system works in order to understand when there are specials and how those specials work and what you have in stock needs to be explained more clearly when the order does not go as expected. Thanks for letting me voice my opinion. 👍
