Terrible after-sales service. I bought (among other things) a kitchen faucet, and the product is defective. It's missing parts (and they installed it themselves, by the way), and it doesn't work properly, which constitutes a breach of the expected quality and usage standards. I reported this issue on October 22nd, and as of today, December 9th, they still haven't resolved the problem and refuse to issue a refund. Their solution is for me to keep waiting. How long will this go on?

Fantastic good quality on the furniture. Now when it comes to arrears after installation, I must say that this company is a total disaster. If something was ordered but not installed with the furniture, you can try calling the main office or their post venta department, and even try to send them email, and you won’t get a response. I have been waiting more than 3 months, sending and calling multiple times without any resolution. That for a simple led strip underneath the kitchen cabinets which we paid overly priced. Asked for a refund, but not a single response. So, if you order this high quality furniture, and they do not deliver everything upon installation, make sure you take one of the installers in arrest until they have installed the missing parts.
